[b]Isekai Big D1ck[/b] is an excellent roguelike poker themed eroge with highly enjoyable gameplay. The player starts with a default deck and can strengthen or adjust the deck throughout the play. With many different cards, relics, treasures, and blinds, every run usually offers a fresh experience! In addition, the story is quite engaging, and has 4 seductive heroines and 20 Live2D H-scenes, which make it a great title. This game is highly recommended for fans of roguelike poker games. It is unlikely to disappoint!

The gameplay is based on poker. At the start, the player will need to select one of 17 default decks to begin the game. Each game consists of 4 [b]Antes[/b], and each [b]Ante[/b] includes a [b]Small Blind[/b], a [b]Big Blind[/b], and a [b]Blind[/b] with a unique effect. The objective is to score enough points by forming strong poker hands with a limited number of [b]Hands[/b] and [b]Discards[/b]. The story also progresses according to the number of [b]Antes[/b] completed. In other words, the story advances simply by playing poker!

During each [b]Ante[/b], the player can either challenge a Blind or skip it (the [b]Blind[/b] with a unique effect cannot be skipped). A victory will reward the player with tokens based on the result. These tokens can later be spent in the shop to purchase potions, relics, and cards that strengthen the deck. Skipping a Blind does not grant access to the shop, but it still provides a fixed reward or buff to the player. The final stage of every [b]Ante[/b] is a [b]Blind[/b] with one of 22 unique modifiers. A victory not only grants generous rewards but also awards [b]Anomaly Power[/b], which can be used to purchase unique items from the [b]Lab[/b].
The game offers many ways to strengthen a deck. In addition to 17 default decks, there are 125 [b]Ability Cards[/b], 30 [b]Sacred Relics[/b], 24 [b]Secret Treasures[/b], and 52 [b]Consume Cards[/b]. For example, the player can reduce a deck to only 2 suits to make Flushes much easier to build, duplicate a specific rank to greatly increase the chance of Four of a Kind or Full House, or increase the multiplier of Pairs until it surpasses that of a Straight Flush. Depending on the rewards obtained, every run can develop into a completely different strategy!
In addition, the game has 6 endings. Each heroine has a personal ending, while the remaining 2 are a harem ending and a bad ending.

In [b]Isekai Big D1ck[/b], there are 19 sets of CGs. Each of the 4 heroines also has 5 high quality Live2D H-scenes. Most of them are pure love H-scenes with the protagonist (the player)... except for [b]Lisel[/b] and [b]Freya[/b], who each have one H-scene that features tentacle humiliation. 3 out of the 5 H-scenes for each heroine also include an additional [b]Intimate Interaction[/b] mode, which makes the H-scenes interactive. This mode can be accessed if the player has the consumable item [b]Condom[/b].
In addition, all H-scenes and CGs can be unlocked after playing the game for more than two hours. There is no need to keep playing poker and progressing the story to unlock the H-scenes.
