First, the Good: Nice ambition, good concept, and engaging. Next, the Bad: Game lags too much even on low settings, Not accurate controls, No easily understandable hint/tutorial. No weapon creation freedom, Players can't experiment using different items or methods to make something that is not provided in the game. Now, The Ugly: Takes up too much computer resource, the crafting gets repetitive since you doing something does not affect the material production-eg: It doesn't matter where you tap except the given points, the structure doesn't change, no authentic feeling, doesn't feel like you are actually learning to craft, doesn't feel like an actual blacksmith. NOTE: These are my opinions- and I am NOT belittling the devs. They did begin good, but it is just not up to my expectations of a Blacksmith simulator. Thank you, Devs, for producing this game. At the very least, it will become an inspiration to create even better simulations as time goes by.

Made some coin on my first few jobs, went to the tavern and spent it all on ale instead of materials and supplies. My character has now been drunk for about 20 minutes and the effect won't go away. Guess I'm just the town drunk now. Game feels like it was made by a middle school student. Graphics are awful, floating hair above a head with googly eyes, sounds are completely unrelated to what you're doing (eg footsteps), and the game is completely riddled with typos. It's laughably bad. Glad I played the free version so I don't have to go through the process of refunding it.
its a cool simulator i skipped the toutorial ,rage quit after my forge died trying to make nails and couldnt place the ingot on the anvil , always a little off center ,would like to see the end result
absolutely grotesque! Go buy Fantasy Blacksmith instead. This hot steaming pile should be remade and actually looked at seriously before they consider leaving people with this "Prologue" garbage. 1) settings never actually do anything, everything was disgusting the entire time I played it 2) Had to remake a sword because the game had no idea what the hell I made, atleast it actually worked the second time. 3) Too many typos to be taken seriously. Logn Sword, "tho", and many grammatical sentences that weren't even checked on in advanced. I feel like this was build in Unreal so they could boast about "ooh it's so high end and looks nice" but atleast learn the tools first before pitching your product with garbage. I can't say I enjoyed it, it's all too basic and no real smithing. it's click the circle simulator if anything. Fantasy Blacksmith is FAR OFF BETTER in terms of what kind of feel you get, and has some fantasy bonuses to it. I can see this game trying to extort people $40, but sorry as it stands it's not worth 10. Show us what you GOT not what we can do. Otherwise I'd have to downvote the hell out of this game.
I would like to state first off that this is a the Beta Product and not a Finished Product, and this is also just a Demonstration. While there are definitely pieces that need polish, including optimization, for the most part this game is fun. This is also a simplification of the Blacksmithing Process, who really wants to sit and hit a sword 50 times until it's perfect. The tutorial is also a little lackluster and I got confused at one point when making an iron rod to make the hilt and pommel for the sword, however, a simple indicator denoting how many more strikes until the Iron Rod is made would fix the issue I had.
This prologue is pretty fun. I find the controls and interface a little clunky. I hope the game is more streamline when it comes out,
