An Erotic RPG Game with a story about magical girls, elves, and a bisexual sorceress... I mean, do I need to go further? It's blast to play in VR.
bien
Lixo. O trailer é melhor que o jogo. Nem em promoção 90% vale a pena.
OLD REVIEW FOLLOWS : Almost midpoint redoing it in VR, and already it's gained at least back to 6/10 for me. For one, some of the maps are entirely new when choosing a new paths (new characther / spark). None of the cutscene POVs were fixed, but the monster Girl Gallery is PLAYABLE in VR, not just a repeat of the same movie! (Which is great, because some of the scenes during the game throw you under the bed and out of the atmopsphere.) Arachne still loses her features for her scene, but you can at least play with her while she has it. And VR let you close up. But... really, the maps are majestic! And the stories being different covers and fix for a lot for the initial reaction of getting the impression it was cut with a chainsaw. To be fair, that might be only Erika's part, since the Lexi's storyline so far really feels more fleshed out. Don't know yet if it branch back to the same ending, but it seems like that variability might be the real richness of the game. Also, so far it seems like the magic tutorial bug was fixed; so at least there is that. But the same can't be said for the first tutorial... since you can't register the parry for some weird reason. (The sword is perfectly alligned yet the tutorial doesn't progress.) To get around this, you will have to play that specific part in flat. Word of the wise : Don't expect a polished game... hell, the app is still called a demo in the Rfit screen. But for what it is, it certainly is worth paying at least 20$ Or at least, it is if you can play it both flat and in VR. ------------------------------------------------------ OLD REVIEW Keep in mind that I recommend this after only one playthrough - of what, five? Littles choices might make this even more! - and because the maps are amazing to explore in VR. The devs amassed enough flak as it is. However, if this was a score system instead of a thumb up or down, I couldn't give them more than a 5/10, considering the state the game was left in. Which is to say there remains the possibility of soft locks, the controller is not always supported, and the menus are still sometime glitching. Hell... they kept the respawn button in case someone manages to get stuck inside something. I wanted a mature story where sex played a part of how one unlocked their own potential... this ended up being ONE scene. The rest is... how it feels to be the only guy at a pyjama party where no one knows you or care. I truly hope you are there for the settings, 'cause the only other thing is lesbian melodrama and it ain't that good. (That and non-optional strip fighthing gratuitously down to underwear... Which isn't even optionally left out during intercourse. Oh, add boob and skirt physics... that will make you feel like the world is trying to ignore you are a perv.) Go see Signalis if you want touching girl romance. Iragon is more about Sex Life Assassins and glorified porstitute merchants. Hell... one of the most edifying conversation is with a random recurring street NPC which we can't even hire or romance. But... I had fun during the demos days and wanted to know how it ended. That desire held me through it and I feel satisfied that I now know. Your experience with it might vary, but mine was okay for the price (under 30$). With this said... ------------------------- IN DEPTH CRITIC : The save system is unclear, some chapter automatically save, others not. Some say they do, most don't. I was overjoyed when the devs actually gave back some of her spider side to Arachne in the monster gallery, however her erotic scene has them spider features removed, which is a great loss of individuality in a gallery that stopped being an erotic side game and became essentially the same cutscene over and over. Speaking of which, they did not keep the personalized monster girl option, which is a deep shame after all the work they had done on it. And I hope you're not buying it for the erotic content, because you're gonna have 3 or 4 intercourse during the story (13 hours or less) and that's it. The story felt jagged in the demo, but I expected this to be because it was the demo... no luck there. The elipses still feel like something is missing, like learning of our reason to help Brianna after the fact. Or that it seemingly changes at the end for... I guess she didn't knew? I had proposed at the time that the W.C. cabinets in the wild could be save point, it wasn't to be. The maps are large and very fun to explore, especially in VR... however, being that large, an autosave system feels punishing. You can't just open it and play for a few minutes. If you want to unlock your stuff, you'll be trapped for an hour or more, never too sure that the cutscene you just saw was the checkpoint you were waiting for. There is a lot of weapons, but most are just colour swaps and feel like it in gameplay. Plus, you'll probably pass the game only with magic anyway considering it's easier to aim and register hits. Which is ironic, because the path you are forced to take will lock almost all spells on all playthrough. I've decided to get back in the game flat, so it fells more ordinary with the weapons having preset combos and the magic working more or less like grenades in third persons shooters. The game will never tell you, but you can hold for charge attacks and you have a dodge button. (I found out during the last boss...) They did keep what they had developped there in the late demo stage, and it is still fun to use. Though the story now locks you in one path... which will force anyone doing this more than once to really see the depth of the gameplay. A bad decision in a sea of others. Like losing the grappling hooks of early demo days, letting you fight spider man like in floating island temple right out of Avatar... sounds great isn't it? Well... it's no longer there. There is also still quite a few places that feels as if they should be climbable, but they aren't. Might be related to the path thing, but the monster girl gallery will not be fully unlocked after one playthrough. In fact, there is even two boss girl remaining locked despite the achievement telling me I have done all the bosses. I hope this is a hint of things left undone as a player, not as developpers. The real reason to go flat however, is that the original cutscenes did not take into account the head position of the main character, or how it should orient you with the action in VR. I wanted to see the story as it was supposed to be before going back in full... since other comments have stated the cutscenes weren't fixed in VR, despite demowide request from the testers. So yeah... bought it in full knowledge of all that it had lost. I wanted to finish the story. So far... I'm not too disapointed of what is.... But damn! I wanted them to do what was!
i played it again and i was able to continue the game passed the game breaking bug i had when the game came out and it works pretty well now and is fun to play! some animations are still broken and my head position is wrong for some scene but i don't care about that personally. i'm not here for the sex but for a fun game experience and i think it delivers that. it's at 95% off right now and that's a great deal. the game is pretty long and fun with multiple girls to choose from wich gives different type of elemental spells. as a kickstarter backer i waited around 4 years for this game to be what it is today and it's a pretty unique VR experience and i like it. maybe not at full price but i would say it's worth 50% still today.
Good game. Combat feels nice and the overall looks are nostalgic and beatiful. There is supposed to be erotic content but other than some 20sec long story scenes, there aren't any good scenes at all. They could have easily made some really good NSWF scenes but they didn't. At the end i think this game is worth it buying for the ganeplay.
