"In Your World (I Own)" is a godawfully bad 2D point and click adventure/e-book about one particular subject, can you guess what it is? Yep, it's all about the developers imaginary girlfriend. The game is presented with some of the worst MS-Paint tier "art" ever to offend the gaming industry, and the writing is as cringe as junior high school goth poetry. What do you do in the game? Click as fast as you can through the dialogue about the developers imaginary girlfriend (best to have a bucket nearby in case you accidentally read some of it) and then do some point and click adventure stuff that might as well have been done in Adobe Flash. There's an overwhelming amount of mediocre Visual Novel/E-book style cutscenes in this game. The developers failed one of the most basic, fundamental requirements of game design.. "Show, don't tell." So you'll spend a huge amount of time not playing the game, but clicking through endless lines of poorly written VN text cutscenes because the developers couldn't work out how to relate their narrative through the game mechanics, and decided instead it would be better to compete with reading a book for your time. We're here to play games, not read through hours of garbage intersituals. Your gaming rig is not a Kindle. The game is really simple and unambitious in terms of implementation, more of a tech demo or one of those cases where an amateur developer spends $100 to publish something on Steam Direct to see if it's possible. Yes, obviously it's possible. A proof of concept, tech demo, or something that's less than a little blip on the radar isn't offering anything truly valuable to gamers. The graphics here are particularly awful, so bad that it actually stands out as one of the worst looking games on Steam. Quite an accomplishment. It's a big contributor to the failure of the game to attract gamers despite having no up-front cost. Gaming is a primarily visual medium, and if developers want to succeed, they must understand that it's not an area for compromise. Now on to pricing and value for gamers. This is "free" enough (not every "free" game in the "free" section is truly free, there's usually some hidden price tag), at least you won't be expected to spend any more money after you download this, but just because something is free doesn't mean it's good, and the cost of a game is more than just financial, your time is valuable too. In terms of public reception, this failed. There's over 130 million unique gamers visiting Steam every month. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 2 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? What's the verdict? Not this time. This isn't worth downloading. While this won't cost you any money, you get what you pay for, and sometimes, even when the game is free, it's still not enough.

DG
masallah bu geyike
this game proves that life is worth living because nothing can be this beautiful, it changed my life. the storyline is a masterpiece and the visuals are straight from heaven. every soul needs to experience this game
I really love the artwork in this game, honestly came here for the cute creator but stayed for the game
The visual novel-style narrative keeps you invested in the characters and their journey.
I installed this game, like, nine months ago, and i was looking for something to play two nights ago, and, with no context, having completely forgotten about it, i just stumbled into this. I had pretty much zero expectations going in, and the game exceeded those zero expectations greatly, like i honestly really like this game—it's so funny. There's so much random stuff, like, why is there a fire lord ozai reference? Does this game take place in the avatar universe? Is bladee a waterbender? —Also, why are this game's characters based off of drain gang members? That's my biggest question; it makes no sense. I love this game—why, in the game's main confrontation, the climax of the story, was the antagonist just having a conversation, where he's established to make everything about himself, with a random deer? And why is his only motivation "He bullies people when he gets bored"? But not everything about this game is perfect. Wait, no, i'm wrong actually. All of the characters of the magic world or dimension or whatever really felt like could exist in a universe together, like they would all talk to eachother and piss eachother off and make good stories. They just felt like a good cast of characters. Also, why did inanna make them out to be ruthless cutthroats who'd only ever help someone if they gained something from it? One of their requests was just for you to play a card game with them. And another was just for you to watch them perform a song, which, by the way, i wish was longer. I was hoping that i'd be stuck there for, like, three minutes(but i do kinda like that kinda music). This game just gave me a big smile and made me laugh a ton. It's honestly worth checking out.
