In Stars And Time

This game is soooo cute!! I came in *only* knowing the trailers, but it surpassed my low expectations GREATLY, and even though I still haven't finished it, my only complaint is how the progress of new "things/paths" is sort of the opposite of exponential, where you can do a million different things mid way, but late game you'll only follow one or two paths. Siffrin's great! :3

Just. Awesome. A rather unique take on the timeloop genre with a really compelling story. ISAT excels in immersing the player in the protagonist's emotions using their inner monologue and the gameplay mechanics. The gameplay is quite tedious during the middle of the story, but that's the game's only major flaw imo. Another highlight is the characters. The main 5 are so lovable and complex, and amazing representation of queerness and multiculturality, in a way that really speaks to me, that says 'I see you'. I will murder for this little family and I will not feel remorse. I would also do anything to give Siffrin a thousand hugs. TL;DR: The game crushes your soul and then pieces it back together again and you will thank it for that as the credits roll. Go play it before you get spoiled any more.

someone who cried so hard at the ending it gave them a headache voice: yeah i liked it i guess but yes this game was hurtful and beautiful and meant so much. oh my god i need to throw up from all the love in my heart. ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooh this is gonna be bad for anyone who knows & interacts with me. oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo im so excited to love this game for a VERY long time

i played this game last year, through an old friend's steam library after not realising it had come out (had been following it before release) and it immediately became one of my most important games of all time. there's not much that can be said that won't spoil it in some way. i highly, highly recommend you go in blind and have fun!

First off this is an amazing game. Narratively great with beautiful characters, dialog, and a heart wrenching story. Game play wise... SUPER repetitive; which ig is the point but in some acts it really draaags and leveling up the party can be the bane of your existence.

Once again, I am reminded of why I absolutely love games! Such a beautiful tale, and such lovely characters and crabbing good writing that I wish I can eat a Pineapple and go do it for the first time again! Sifferin was my favorite, for not only could I connect to levels enough to feel the despair, the tiredness of repeating it all,the PUNS sooo good, but also the fact that no matter what... Sifferin is a good person, through all the loops and all the pain.... All we want is to be with the ones we love. Looping was so painful, I guess you can say I was SIFFERINg through it all!!!!
