This is my favorite game of all time.

Very quickly became obsessed with this game, and while I really loved the story I wish we got to know more about [spoiler] what happened to Sif's Island. It felt like we were going to get some backstory around how it was connected to the missing colors, but it was left pretty open. [/spoiler] But still, incredibly beautiful story. The loops can get tedious so the likelihood of multiple replays is kinda low, but truly worth the time.

I'm not done yet. Just started act 4. This game just truely started scaring me. I love time loops. I love seeing what they do to people. May have encountered a bug with triggering an achievement but that doesnt matter. Love playing this. You should play. good. good game. ignore my play time i have many failed attempts of actually playing the game. i never finished act 2 on any of those. my current playthrough time is like 30 hours or so. doing good. love this game. screw loop tho why are they like that.

First Game i have decided to actually read pointless and pointful dialogue in unlike i usually do combat is fun as well

ストーリーの組み立て方と、主人公であるシフランの徐々に変化していく心情描写がとても丁寧に描かれていて、お話としてとても素晴らしかったです。プレイヤーはシフランを操作してある程度行動を選択することはできますが、プレイヤー＝シフランではなく、あくまでシフランとループを繰り返しながらその行く末を見守る見えない傍観者として存在しているように感じられました。お芝居の観客のように。 だから、シフランと同じように仲間との会話に和んだり不穏な気持ちになることもあれば、シフランの言動によって思いがけずこちらが心を乱されることもあります。プレイを検討されている方は、それも含めてぜひ楽しんでください。 ゲームに関してマイナスな点を言うと、中盤以降、情報収集のためのヒントを結構小出しにされるので、ややうんざりするというか、だれてしまうところがあります。それでもループによる会話や行動にささやかな変化が散りばめられているおかげでなんとかプレイをやめられずに済みましたが、もう少しテンポよく進められるとよかったかなと思います。 また、ごくごくまれにテキストの誤字脱字があります。本作は日本産かと勘違いしてしまうくらいローカライズが素晴らしく、だからちょっとの誤字脱字程度で重箱の隅をつつくような口うるさいことはあまり言いたくはないのですが……。[spoiler] 最後の最後のめちゃくちゃ大事な、ここ一番！というシーンでそれを見つけてしまったときは、本当に「もったいない！！！」という気持ちになり悲しかったです。呆れや怒りではなく、悲しいという感情が出てしまうくらいにはキャラクターたちに感情移入していたので、そこは終幕まで完璧であってほしかった。よりによってそれがイザボーのシーンだっていうところが、なんか肝心なとこでセリフを嚙んじゃったみたいで、気の毒な感じが彼らしいっちゃらしいんですけど。[/spoiler] ループものをそう多くはないものの、映像作品で観たりゲームで遊んだことはありますが、本作が一番精神的疲弊をリアルに体験できたと思います。そりゃ暁美ほむらもああなるわ、と。 終わりの見えない繰り返しによるしんどさや辛さとストーリーの面白さが両立している稀有なゲームだと思います。

in stars and time has one of the best stories that ive ever had the pleasure of playing through. while the gameplay can be quite repetitive, its meant to be like that to show you how the main character is feeling throughout the course of the game. it is one of the most underrated games ever in my opinion and i really hope more people can see everything this game has to offer

It's definitely one of those games that leaves you just sort of sat there for a long while after credits roll. Brilliant Stuff.
