Game Overview
You play as Ryouji, a man who, due to a series of unfortunate events, has contracted a mysterious illness. After being drugged by his own father and burdened with his debts, Rouji discovers that his condition requires regular release through contact with female hormones to avoid worsening symptoms. To manage his finances and treat his condition, he takes over the management of the Tenryuu Bathhouse. By earning income through the bathhouse, he upgrades its interior, expands services, and raises its reputation to attract a wider range of customers.
However, when Ryouji’s libido spikes due to his illness, he must take action. Using his role as the bathhouse owner, he attempts to lure in seven different female protagonists, each with distinct backgrounds, as customers. Through repeated interactions, he gradually builds deeper emotional and physical connections with them.
Gameplay
In addition to managing the bathhouse for profit, players can venture into remote mountain areas to gather otherworldly herbs, craft special medicines, and sell them at high prices. There are also various other ways to earn money. Each in-game day is divided into four time periods, during which players can explore different areas, interact with various characters, obtain information, and engage in exchanges to improve income potential and increase favorability with the heroines.
If Ryouji’s illness is left untreated, he will collapse and be rushed to the emergency room the next day, resulting in a significant financial loss or even death. Players must constantly monitor his physical condition to avoid tragic consequences.
Character Introduction
The protagonist of the story. A genius pharmacist who was expelled from a medical team after getting involved with the daughter of a medical school professor. On top of that, he was forced to take over his father Ryuhei’s debt and ended up inheriting the management of the Tenryuu Bathhouse. He appears refined and handsome, but is full of scheming thoughts. Ruthless in pursuit of his goals, Ryouji is highly skilled in social interaction and easily gains others’ trust thanks to his charm and good looks.
Ryouji’s childhood friend. From a young age, she studied herbalism under the brilliant herbalist Ryuhei and now possesses a wealth of knowledge in the field. Despite her youth, she runs a traditional herbal pharmacy passed down through generations. Kanae has strong feelings for Ryouji, is cheerful and spirited, and enjoys playful banter. She often supports Ryouji unconditionally during his most difficult times. Their relationship hovers between friendship and romance.
A famous female illustrator and a top tier creator in the doujin scene. Her characters and illustrations are highly marketable, bringing her solid financial success. She works at incredible speed while maintaining exceptional quality, and only accepts commissions depending on her mood. Quiet and reserved, she is a woman of action. She prefers solitude and always chooses private rooms when visiting the bathhouse.
A star waitress at a maid café. With her adorable appearance and sweet voice, Mio draws attention wherever she goes. Despite her popularity at work, she’s mentally drained by the unwanted advances from creepy otaku customers. Forced to smile and tolerate their vulgar jokes and lecherous stares, she often seeks a peaceful oasis after her exhausting shifts.
A rookie university lecturer who returned to Japan after graduating from a prestigious overseas institution. A beautiful half-Japanese woman with Western heritage, she has a strong maternal presence and is very popular among students. However, her lack of awareness often leads to blurred boundaries with male students, resulting in unwanted fantasies. Still, she insists they are just innocent and kind hearted kids.
A newlywed housewife. Her husband, a successful entrepreneur, is frequently away on business trips. Though she lives in luxury, she finds life dull and meaningless. She enjoys going to the bathhouse to chat with other married women. Due to her attractive appearance, she’s often approached by men.
