Before I played Immanence, I had a small pp, no friends, no gf, depression, and no life. These things havent changed, but the game is pretty good
*moderate spoiler warning* This game is absolutely perfect and will screw with your head if you look too much into it. The gun part is pretty glitchy so it gets frustrating. But over all, ten out of ten, would get attacked by a flesh monster again.
It gets a 'meh' from me. I see a lot of potential in the game from a lore perspective that just didn't feel rewarding at the end, mostly because the game did not give enough info on the main character. I don't need to know anything more about the eldritch horror, but I wanted to know more about the character I was playing as. I felt unfulfilled and disappointed. It is possible that there are multiple endings and that I could have gotten more info if I played again, but I felt exhausted just thinking about it. The balance of puzzle difficulty vs reward was too uneven for me. I didn't know what I was doing at any given moment, and that made it feel like I wasn't progressing even when I made it to another stage. At the end, I found that I had just not enjoyed the act of playing. I think this could be improved by just giving more direction on how to solve puzzles (especially the video clip puzzle - I still don't know what I did that solved it). Similar games that I've played, even where the lore is underwhelming, I was able to at least enjoy the puzzle solving for its own merit. To the creators, I hope that this doesn't come off too harsh or discourage you. Like I said, this game has potential to be really interesting and fun to play. If it gets updated, I'd probably be willing to give it another try, if only for that sweet, sweet closure.

A little frustrating. The artwork is really good, symbolism is decent, but gameplay was not up to par. I kept running in rooms and loops back and forth, the solution was RIGHT in front of me, but somehow I need to take extra steps before I can take an item an solve the obvious puzzle. Didn't even finish the game. Has a lot of potential, but needs to be a bit more clear on what step needs to be taken (not puzzle wise, they're okay)
I wish there would have been more puzzles to solve. A few bugs here and there need to be fixed and some scene could be easily cut shorter in order to keep the vibe on. Overall a good game with plenty of room for improvement.
This game is frustrating and basically broken. It's not clear where I have to click to solve some puzzles. For example, 99.99% of the time the kitchen cabinets are labeled just as "kitchen" and have no action, but suddenly, in one of the puzzles, I'm supposed to know that I have to click in one of the cabinets. There are other instances of puzzles that it's not easy to get what to do, not because the puzzle is challenging, but because there is no indication to where I can (and maybe should) click. I know pixeled art takes a lot of liberties on the definition of the scenes, but there's a line between "this is just a type of art" and "this is frustrating and unplayable" The shooting mechanics are broken. I can't shoot an enemy when they are passing in front of a door and sometimes the bullets just backfire (not hurting the character at least) for no good reason! How can one possible expect anyone to be able to go on on the shooting session without pulling their hair in frustration? The "twitter" app on the phone too is basically broken, with notifications that show nothing new and when opening the app, it always start from the bottom, instead of the top of the timeline. Again, frustrating. Finally, the story. Honestly, I really loved the concept of a server that accidentally (or not) taps onto another reality/a lovecraftian deity. It's cool and all. However, the game seemed to want itself to be too many things at once. Cyberpunk, lovecraftian horror, cult story, evil (?) corporation, etc. All these elements are weaved in a confusing and not satisfying way, making me not care at all for the story. I know some games aren't made to be fun exactly (being more of statements of art) but those usually try to make a point. This one seems to be making none. I know it's free and all, but OMFG it's not worth it!
