First let me start by saying, I love games like this. I bought this on the free weekend. Played for free them got it at an awesome discount. In the 2 weeks I have owned this I have over 127 hours already. I have watched a couple help videos and also some other videos about what do and not to do. So i gained traction by a little help.
I am already coming into my own as to what I like and dislike, weapons I use and don't use. I am jumping around a lot and not really doing the missions yet which I heard through a few videos I already lost some weapons boost by not doing some of the operations. The other ones I heard are a bit repetitive. But that is more to come for me.
I am now trying my hand at ranching. II figure that's going to give me a good boost. I also built a hydroponics greenhouse that I am still getting going. I can almost see that in end game it might become less attractive to play. Being repetitive and not doing anything other than grind. But I have a feeling that is a long way off with the way I play.
A few things I have noticed. I cannot play in high graphics I have an older video card. But that is good for those who don't have mega computers, you can still play this game. On my settings mainly medium, the graphics are quite amazing. The concept is awesome. The thought of how things work together is very well put into this game.
My current only con for this game is the mechanics of your person. The way they move, the way they work, the way they skin, chopping down trees, ok you get it.
Now is that enough to make it a game stopper, not at all. To buy this game a full price. I might not do it but then again to play with friends is pretty cool and not that hard.
If the developers ever mad the mechanics better, this would be a top tier game that I would always play.
I think the game should be under $15 or free and pay for upgrades or DLCs.
