Really liked this one. I saw it announced on twitter and decided to buy it. The way the game tells the story is great. I had a good time with this one. I hope the studio keep making more games
Not a bad little indie-horror/walking simulator. The subject matter is pretty brutal and the cryptic notes scattered around almost makes you feel like you have lost your mind in a paranoid state. I did not encounter any of the bugs previous reviews mentioned. Maybe it was updated? I don't know, but it was a smooth 20+ minute ride.
Something tells me maybe it wasn't the wisest idea to play this while sleep deprived, suffering from an infection, emotionally distant shortly following a dentist visit and feeling the after effects of puking a glass worth of blood from the mouth at roughly 6AM.
This game is just amazing! It's honestly a piece of art. The thing is, why this game is so awesome is because the topic isn't just some made up bs story, no it's based on stuff which happens in real life and that is what makes this game so unique. Also the people at Somewhat Software are amazing for providing me with a key to test the game. And even if my review didn't convince you, just buy it, it's only around 2$, and I'd say they're better off spent here then anywhere else!
Yea, I'm not sure what to say about this one. I did like the 80's Graphics and the story seemed to be getting very interesting and disgustingly creepy. However, it seems to just go in circles then it just end with a little statement at the end. i thought this game would have more to offer but it was waaay too short and was a looped story line... I guess you can say that this game was "Somewhat" good.
An incredibly disturbing and dark horror game. It tells its story in a subtle and deeply unsettling way, especially through the notes you find. The game does an impressively good job of diving into the psyche of a perpetrator, which makes the entire experience extremely oppressive. Even though it’s only about 30 minutes long, it manages to create an intense horror experience that you don’t easily forget.
Infelizmente.
Disclaimer: I tested this game, so my opinion is biased. The game is pretty simple and short, but if you like being creeped out, it's perfect. Within its short runtime it builds this spooky atmosphere and grabs you. The story and the scares are built up to with subtlety excluding the 4 jumpscares. Even when testing for bugs I had to look away/turn down the sound. For this price its worth it even to those who aren't into short indie atmosphere pieces.
Effective short horror game that brings the spooks all the while making me pretty uncomfortable, imo it's worth the price, especially if your exploring this developers stuff, Spek Takl is very much superior though.
