Every market we collect.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 11.71/day in the week to Sep 14 → 9/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
How Many Dudes? is a roguelike dudebuilder that's all about game-breaking synergies and simulated chaos.

Welcome to the Dude Ranch, where you recruit and manage your ever-expanding army of Dudes
Choose from a wild cast of 42 Unique Dudes across 6 Dude Families: Undead Dudes, Employed Dudes, Warrior Dudes, Fantasy Dudes, Sci-Fi Dudes, and Action Dudes.
Setup your Team to mix and match Dude Types and form ridiculous synergies - like Zombie Dudes who explode when struck by enemies, Ninja Dudes who throw a barrage of Shurikens, or Cowboy dudes who lasso other Dudes out of danger.
More than 850,000 Team compositions means there's tons of strategies and overpowered combos to discover.

Create game-breaking synergies with your choice of Dudes, Trinkets, and Relics
Collect hundreds of Dude Relics that warp the rules of battle. Make your Wizard Dudes fling a volley of fireballs when they move, your Ninja Dudes enter stealth when in danger, or your Finance Dudes generate cash with a life insurance policy on your other Dudes.
Defeat Act Bosses to earn Trinkets - powerful items assigned to a Dude Type that enable game breaking strategies. Should you give your Wizard Dudes ADHD, or give your Samurai Dudes a Taser? It's up to you!
Choose your Dudes wisely. Each Dude has their place in battle, from dishing out damage to tanking it to commanding other Dudes. Find the right balance between offense and defense, and see if your team can make it all the way to the final act.

Face escalating enemy waves—from toddlers to wolves to gorillas to gods
Conquer boss fights that test your team’s synergy (and your sanity).
Defeat bosses to earn Silver and Gold stars for each Dude, and see if you can master them all!

Strategic roguelike autobattler full of game-breaking synergies
42 Unique Dude Types to recruit and build out your team
Hundreds of Relics, Trinkets, and Wandering Dude events that completely reshape each run

Fun at first but gets old really quick, runs basically boil down to the dude-selection in the first ~10 rooms, afterwards its 90+ rooms (runs are like an hour+) of basically no meaningful choice, since the shop is based on the aforementioned dude-selection, sure there is RNG in the order of the relics you get but not in what relics, at the end of a run you will have most if not all of the available dude-specific relics.
The only fun i had with this game was trying to see if i could beat it quick enough to be able to refund it. And to my surprise, i did.

It's taken me 110 hours to 100% this game.... if you're into auto-battlers then this is a must-play .... and if you don't know about auto-battlers, this would be a great one to start with
boring
Unfortunately, the game gets boring very quickly. The depth of the game feels somewhat artificial to me. It gives you the impression that you are playing different builds with different items, when in reality, the main thing that differentiates your runs is the Dudes themselves. What makes this worse is that, in the long run, you will eventually get all the character-specific items for each Dude anyway. For the price of the game, I would definitely expect the Dudes to have different subclasses or meaningful alternative build paths. The first ~30 rounds are fun because you are still experimenting and trying to figure out which combos work together. After that, however, I basically just pick the hardest fight available and buy the next relevant item for whichever character needs it. That completely takes away the incentive for me to play another 120 rounds. The decisions about which enemies to fight also don't feel deep enough. There aren't enough situations where I genuinely have to consider which opponent I should choose and how that decision will affect my build later on. Because of this, the game doesn't really feel like an auto-battler to me. It feels more like Cookie Clicker with auto-battler elements. The battles are automated, but the decisions you make beforehand simply aren't deep enough to support the genre. After the first 30 rounds, I no longer feel like I'm actually building something or making meaningful strategic decisions. I'm mostly just clicking the next optimal option. Overall: The core idea is fun and the first few hours are enjoyable, but for a game at this price point, I expected significantly more strategic depth. More meaningful subclasses, genuinely different build paths, and much more interesting decisions when choosing opponents would make a huge difference.
Feels spiritually more like an idle game than an auto battler with how much waiting you do. Long runs. Incredibly easy for almost the entire run except last couple of fights which you get to after an hour or so. Even if you haven't lost a dude the entire and have easily taken every high-risk option, you can still get wiped without any idea of what to expect. Conceptually, I like it, but runs need to be half the time with more interesting difficulty variation throughout.

To preface this review, I love the game, great music and the gameplay is tight However after a few (20) hours of gameplay the game would, on boot, create driver timeouts on my AMD card that would eventually ripple onto every game and eventually black screen my whole OS. Three days of troubleshooting, DDU/ACU while offline and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ around bios and settings and the same factor remains that this starts happening when the game boots and triggers a catastrophic driver corruption that usually need a clean reinstall of said drivers. I'm not sure if its something in my settings or my save but Its currently unplayable for me in its current state which is quite sad since I quite loved the game so my negative review is for the people with the same specs that I do/RX 5000 series card users.
