Ignoring the slew of DLC that leaves roughly 70% of the achievements unobtainable without additional purchases, it's a chill game good to relax when you need a palate cleanser, but the game's "requirements" are super loose where you can literally just throw items in a room and it meets the requirements, so more checking boxes than actually redecorating homes... and honestly in a lot of cases I couldn't figure out what things if any really made a difference in increasing the value of a home, plus some homes just no work sold for double what you paid. Definitely a PlayWay hot mess, but at least a good quality hot mess.
Очень затягивает!
its very slow at first but once you get the hang of it is its really fun
Good chilling game

House flipping in the real world is an absolutely horrid business model that's fraught with contractors trying to pinch every penny while chasing modern trends. They ransack houses that were once beautiful homes and turn them into messy blobs of laminate flooring and never set foot near costly tiling. Instead, they save money on pre-manufactured bathrooms. Walls consist of neutral toning and the "splash of color" you see is this gaudy plastic house plant that they got from goodwill. While you can definetly follow that dull mindset into this game, you have options at your disposal to reach outside of that confining box of monotone misery. In the career mode, you almost never do any actual renovation outside of "clean this" or "paint the walls a different color". Meanwhile in the other modes, you get to experiment and find your niche among the clients. I like that section of the game.
