Hotel Tutwin is a visual novel designed for horror / romance lovers, but can also be quirky and cute. Each story line is quick and to-the-point, but there are many to discover. Prepare for inevitable deaths.

It's too silly to be a drama and sometimes it takes itself too seriously to be a comedy. Characters and plots are interesting but wasted in a story without a coherent tone. One moment the game tries to deliver an interesting background, a second later it shows death with zero pathos. But I appreciated the narrative branches. The routes are well differentiated and some of them focus on elemenets that are tertiary in the others. The structure is good, more than a lot of free visual novels. In my opinion the author just need to improve the overall writing. The game overs are nice in their unpredictability. Music is OK. I dislike the graphic style but maybe that is just a matter of taste. +1 because it's free, otherwise the review would have been negative.

This game was so good, I loved the story and everything about it!!! The score for the game was my absolute favorite part hands down,
Hotel Tutwin turned out to be a lot more intriguing than I expected. At first glance, it seems like a simple mystery visual novel, but as the story unfolds, it becomes something deeper, a mix of suspense, drama, and emotional storytelling that kept me curious from start to finish. The atmosphere of the hotel itself is fantastic: eerie, mysterious, and full of secrets waiting to be uncovered. I really enjoyed how the characters were written. Each one has their own motives and hidden layers, and discovering their stories felt like slowly solving a puzzle. The art style also deserves praise — it’s detailed and moody, which really enhances the setting. The soundtrack builds tension in all the right places, adding to the immersive experience. That said, Hotel Tutwin isn’t perfect. Some pacing issues show up here and there, with certain scenes dragging on while others end too abruptly. A few dialogue choices also felt like they didn’t change much, and I sometimes wished for a bit more player agency in shaping the story. Even with those flaws, Hotel Tutwin is a memorable and atmospheric experience. It’s the kind of game that keeps you guessing until the very end, and it delivers a satisfying mix of mystery and emotion. If you enjoy story-driven games with strong characters and an engaging plot, this one’s definitely worth checking into. 🔑✨
SUPER SUPER LEGEND
good game
Honestly, this game does have its fault but it has its charms too. The main faults are the one soundtrack that plays over and over and the artstyle isn't the greatest. Though the characters sprites do have variety between the characters and they do give off the vibes of each character well. The story itself, wasn't the most developed and epic tale, I did get several laughs from the dialogue and wacky scenarios. The story was quite fast paced, which I think should be slowed down some so we can really spend time with the characters. Would recommend if you want something quick to play and don't want to think too hard on the plot. 👍 I see that there's a ton of potential with this dev. There's great stuff that needs some more work. I hope the dev will make future projects. I see a big future for them.🙏
Hotel Tutwin is not some winning masterpiece yet I can't lie , I'm having too much fun with it more than I thought, despite the goofy artsyle. Your choices does affecting the ending and boy does it have many type of ending. I Love Kenzo and Tarik route. The downside is the game don't have cg completion for it so i don't know how many ending I have completed. Would love to read more from the developer if they have other projects.
