Such a good game.

This game is so weird and has this low-poly graphics that just invites you to play it. Chances are that this will stay in early access forever. Still, it grabbed me and I'm hoping there's a more polished game at the end of the road. There's not a lot of story here. I think the main character wants a hot dog or something. He can run and jump, nothing stands in his way. He can run up that smooth slope or clip right through a wall. Yes, it needs more work. Sadly, there's currently very little content here. In the first level you need to climb a mustard mountain by jumping on massive swords, ramps and other platforms. It takes a few minutes to get to the top and it's not hard. The second is very short; in this one you need to roll the missing cow to the farmer a few meters away. This gets you a pad that launches you up on the tree where the big tomato grows. And there's also a third level that appears to be broken. There's no clear goal in sight and every time you press restart either the world gets tilter or the main character respawns uspide down. The grainy graphics save the game. If this was a classic 3D art, it would probably look cheap and end up in the trash. There are even characters with robotic voices that read *bark* as asterisk bark asterisk. Chances are that this will stay in early access forever. Still, it grabbed me and I'm hoping there's a more polished game at the end of the road.

this game changed my perspective on gaming as a whole. I will play this game for many years to come.

I fell down a map and now I'm stuck underneath it whenever I try to restart. 10/10

This game wouldn't be worth even looking at if it wasn't for the aesthetic. You can turn it off, sure... But why would you? HQOwE is about 30 minutes of dumb gameplay that will make you smile. That all being said, this game has some dumb downfalls as well. The plane? Jesus it is way harder to control than it needs to be. Also to save yourself some time, don't just skip to the end on the plane level. You can't finish the next level, and there is no way to go back a level. You just soft lock yourself. Like I said earlier as well, this game is good because of the look. It's this weird, quirky, cute filter that makes the game stand out way more than I was expecting. You look at any screenshot or video of this game and you sit there like, "huh...". And that's what hooks you in. If you turn it off, all the charm immediately goes away, and some of the levels secrets or simplicity reveal themselves and takes away whatever fun that you can find in this game. If you can, buy it on sale. Don't pay full price for this ♥♥♥♥ post of a game. Or buy it, beat it in under two hours, and do whatever you're gonna do. I can't stop you, you're an adult. I was given a copy of this game by the developer. This in no way influences my opinion of the game, but I need to disclose this fact regardless
