Not recommandable. Controls are insanely clunky, you rotate your character with "WASD" but move with your right mouse button. Combat is nothing more than spamming "1" or "2" for your skills. Decided to give it a try anyway. Couldn't even get off the first island, once you obtain 2 important items a character dies and tells you to go to some place, but there is no way to get there. Noone to talk to, no way to board a ship, nothing.
This game might have some potential if you could actually get onto the "open sea's" kinda BS, no DEV help either apparently... save your money folks.
Tags: 3PRPG - Third Person Role Playing Additional Tags: Delete Local Content & Remove from Library TLDR: Feels unfinished. One tiny island without much to do. Review: I am a huge fan of the isometric perspective. This is a very reactive, console style experience in by which you directly control a character, with a toolbar at the bottom with cooldown activities. It does not feel calm and smooth like an infinity engine game at all. More like a console game but without controller support. The default gamebind keys are trash, and after remapping I managed to start progressing. The tutorial area is a bunch of rooms center around a single tavern style square. Most the rooms are empty with nothing to do, and you get 3 fetch quests. Once you beat those you unlock a second toolbar ability (non customizable - protag dependant - pick one of four protag at game start). You are dumped on an tiny island. The island is home to 5 boars, a guy with an axe that wants you to chop trees. There is also A mine with colorful crystals in but its boarded shut and aside from the one room with crystals nothing is in there. The docks have no ships and are deserted, none of the half a dozen houses in the village are interactable, and there is what looks like a witch's hut near the caves which is non interactable - but triggers a script that says you are not ready , usually an indication that you are doing the quest points out of order. I had no quests active and could not find anyone to give me guidance, the island was tiny and I feel like I explored every last bit of it. The camera does not rotate and the movement is very clunky. Combat is also extremely clunky, you try to orient your character in the general direction of an enemy and mash the toolbar hotkeys 1-2 buttons until your opponent dies. All in all this is a rough, dramatically short on content experience. It also has thematic problems, the game features a magic spell type item in the tutorial. You get woman pirates that shoot bow and wield staves fantasy-style. All in all I would say to avoid this title at all costs
