Cute game. You are a witch and you run around trying to figure out mysteries in the park. It's very chill, but the map is absolutely, unnecessarily massive, so you spend about half of the time you play just running to the places you need to go. The character animations are adorable though.

Cute game, worth the play through. Wouldn't say no to a sequel :)

Игра HipWitch — это настоящий подарок для любителей жанра метроидвания с элементами roguelike. С первых минут погружаешься в яркий, стилизованный мир, где каждая локация нарисована с любовью к деталям. Управление отзывчивое, а боевая система, хоть и простая на первый взгляд, открывает простор для экспериментов с различными заклинаниями и комбо. Путешествуя по постоянно меняющимся подземельям, ты встретишь множество запоминающихся врагов и боссов, каждый из которых потребует своей тактики. Прогрессия персонажа ощущается плавно, а новые способности и предметы постоянно подкидывают интересные решения для прохождения. Конечно, элементы roguelike иногда могут раздражать, когда удачный забег обрывается на полпути, но именно это и создает ту самую зависимость — хочется попробовать снова и снова, чтобы пройти дальше. Атмосферная музыка и звуковое сопровождение идеально дополняют геймплей, создавая цельное и захватывающее приключение. Это одна из тех игр, которая затягивает на долгие часы.

Petit jeu rapide style exploration et point and click. Les graphismes, les environnements et les protagonistes sont sympas à découvrir. L'histoire est agréable et sans grande prétention mais pêche par de nombreux petits défauts qui nuisent à l'aspect cozy et casual du soft. Les recettes de sorts sont dans le witch's cookbook dont le lien est dans la page d'accueil du site internet. Et pas par exemple dans la fenêtre de craft des sorts, ce qui aurait été plus facile à trouver et à utiliser. Romulus, c'est le nom du chat, son surnom c'est romy (un peu confus mais pas trop problématique). Pour la recette finale, c'est 5 bleus. Il n'y a aucun indice sur la quantité, faut donc le faire en testant CHAQUE combinaison, bordel !!! (ça, ça m'a vraiment gonflé). La dernière partie est sympa mais trop trop trop de back tracking. Et un petit détail: les petites vignettes à texte racontant ce qui arrive aux différentes personnes rencontrées s'effacent après un temps donné PAS après une validation par appui de bouton. On a un peu de temps mais pas trop; pas le moment de se servir un truc à boire par exemple. Quelques défauts de jeunesse mais le jeu est rapide, plaisant et gratuit sinon, donc, pourquoi ne pas tenter l'expérience? Perso, je regrette pas, merci les devs :)

Very smooth gameplay and fun, light story. The puzzles are easy, probably geared towards a younger crowd.

Hip witch, freezes with the first dialogue window about the hotel keys. My mouse has no control on screen, there is no icon cursor. This game is unplayable. I thought it was cute, but I will have to let it go.

Short and extremely sweet. That's how I would describe this game. The art is gorgeous, the gameplay is smooth and not too challenging, the story is entertaining, the characters are relatable and the soundtrack is the icing on the cake. I got this game on a whim because everything else I have been playing have been disappointing... and i really needed a good game. I felt like Prom... I felt lost and finding Prom in the camp, allowed me to do the same thing. This is the first game I've ever reviewed... and I'm so glad my first review was for this game.

This is such a delightful game filled with so many quirky and wonderful characters, it's a short 1-2 hour adventure, filled with fun little puzzles and wonderful art and sound design. Pick it up, it's well worth your time <3

Pretty nice short game, comes along with some challenging quests. It´s fun to play.
