bug
good
Love this game so far, i mean i bought it for 2.74 cents so all in all i love it, you do however have to pay for some classes but there are some(and good ones from what ive read online) that are totally free to play. but for 2.74 cents and then i think like 6 bucks for some classes idk not bad. IF you wanna grind it out and hack n slash esp in between leagues/seasons of other games just pick it up its cheap log in blast for a while go back to your main game.
foda
fun to grind
Jogo top!
Как бы много лагов и багов не было, я всё равно люблю эту игру

I actually like this game. That’s what makes this review more frustrating to write. Once I got past the parts of Hero Siege that didn’t interest me, I started genuinely enjoying the endgame systems — build crafting, Ether Tree progression, farming strategies, optimizing gear, mercenary auras, augments, and so on. I’m also perfectly fine with grinding. Spending hours farming for upgrades is not the problem here. My problem is the way bans and ban appeals are handled. I’m not going to argue here about whether my latest ban itself was justified. People can make their own judgment on that. What I want to criticize is the appeal process and the way it was communicated. During my latest appeal, a staff member first told me: “Account unbanned.” Then shortly afterward: “Actually. Nevermind.” They checked again and told me I was banned for RMT. I was then told that they had “all the data” and “solid evidence,” and that lying would only make things worse. Fair enough. So I explained what I believed might have triggered the detection and gave them my side of the story. Their response was essentially that there was no need for me to “have a general idea,” because they already had solid evidence. So I asked what exactly they wanted me to cooperate with. They replied that they were not allowed to show me any evidence because it was considered sensitive data, and that all they wanted from me was: “Some honesty and less lies.” So I asked a very simple question: “Are you asking me to admit that I engaged in RMT?” My appeal was then immediately denied for “refusing to cooperate,” and the ticket was closed. That is the part I have a problem with. If you believe a player violated the rules, fine. Ban them. But if you provide an appeal process and repeatedly ask the player to “cooperate,” while refusing to identify the transaction, item, approximate timeframe, or specific behavior you want them to explain, then closing the appeal because the player asks what exactly they are expected to admit does not feel like a meaningful appeal process. It feels more like being asked to confess to something without being told what specific evidence is actually being discussed. And this matters a lot in a game like Hero Siege, because the entire endgame revolves around long-term investment: farming, trading, expensive gear, rare materials, augments, seasonal progression, and sometimes paid content. I had actually been banned once before this latest incident. That time, I also submitted an appeal ticket. However, I was unbanned without ever receiving any official response at all. To this day, I still have no idea what specifically triggered that ban or why it was later lifted. After that, nearly a week passed without any further problems. I was literally starting to think: “Hey, almost a whole week without getting banned again. Maybe things are finally stable.” I was even considering buying another skin. Thankfully, I didn’t. The game itself can be addictive and genuinely fun. I had only just reached the point where I started understanding why people are willing to spend hundreds of hours grinding it. The build systems were becoming interesting, I had settled into an endgame farming strategy, and I was actually enjoying optimizing my character. I have no problem grinding. What I do have a problem with is investing that kind of time — and potentially more money — into a game when account enforcement feels this unpredictable and the appeal process feels this opaque. One ban gets lifted without any explanation. Another appeal starts with “Account unbanned,” changes minutes later to “Actually. Nevermind,” and ends with the appeal being denied because I asked what exactly I was supposed to cooperate with. That makes it very difficult for me to recommend investing significant time or money into this game. The funniest part is that, at this point, dealing with ban appeal tickets has probably been more eventful than the actual endgame. Not Recommended.
