Thank you, I have basically had Covid for a while and it has gotten progressively worse from the lungs to the heart, as a result I've been missing work for the last 3 weeks. I also have been out of dating for a while, this person on my university course she messaged me and seemed interested over text. I want to take her out but my heart rate is abnormally high and I have chest pains to even leave the house or pickup a games controller. I think she is interested in me and I don't want to screw it up, the problem is she lives around 150 miles from me. I have a few options that I have thought of: 1. Bear with the pain but I don't want to present myself has weak, this may be the best chance I have right now, this is more impulsive but if successful it will make me much better at the sacrifice of short-term pain. 2. Organise a Zoom date, this is probably a less preferable option as it lacks a personal element to it although the safest. 3. Delay and carry on texting, this is another less favourable outcome. I like active socialising and not a fan of going for coffee but would rather go for: movies, walks, museums, possibly quieter bars etc but that could come at a price. It doesn't seem like a big issue but on one hand I have the impulsive side saying to go for it and the other side saying don't do it. I'm not sure what to do?
