'[i]Hentai Girlfriend Simulator[/i]' is a simulator where you tend to, take care of and hopefully make love with a girlfriend. Choose among 3 different girls to whom will immediately become your partner and spend the remainder of your playtime trying to keep her happy. It sounds simple enough until you realize just how hard it is to please her let alone get her to give you some loving. It's definitely realistic because I'd also agree that simply giving a girl a gift and some food definitely wouldn't get her to beg for your hot rod. But even then, It's extremely easy to lose your partner and if you're not on top of every little detail, she'll leave you just like that. It's an extremely flawed game and if I have to be honest, I would say it's actually easier to woo a girl in [b]real life[/b] than in this game. But hey, if you're playing this game anyways, I don't think you're going out anytime soon.

Don't be fooled because this girlfriend almost doesn't give a damn about you and frankly, it doesn't seem like you give a damn about her either. It's to the point that there are even options for you to insult her, tear her clothes off or even push her under a car. Yes, a [b]car[/b]. It's humorous at first but that's not what you're trying to do right? You're trying to keep her happy, loved and fed so how hard exactly is it to keep these bars up? Well for starters, you have to make money in order to feed her so working a typical job is a must but while you're doing this, you have to constantly give her attention and gifts to boost her happiness. It sounds straightforward enough until you realize just how easily she gets bored and hungry and the game soon becomes a chore because you always have to be on top of her (figuratively).
If [i]any[/i] of the bars hits 0 she'll immediately break up with you and it's back to the main menu with your inconsiderate ass. That's right, even if you don't feed her and wake up the next day with the hunger bar at 0, she'll yell at you saying you don't love her and then leave. Like damn, I didn't know I was raising a pet, I would think a woman of her age would be able to feed her damn self but it's like raising a dog. Personally I've only lasted a couple of days before my partner evidently left me and I don't really feel like trying again. I'm sure there's some sort of strategy but I haven't been able to find anything and don't have to patience to keep searching. It just feels completely random whether or not your girlfriend stays with you after the day ends because even if you treat her like a queen, she might just up and leave you the next day.
Don't let the title of the game give you the impression that it'll be a cinch to see some hentai because '[i]Hentai Girlfriend Simulator[/i]' does it's absolute best to make it as [i]hard[/i] as possible for you to get action of any sort passed kissing. Sure you can strip her whether or not she gives consent but all it does is remove her clothes revealing uncensored bits of her body but the store page already shows literally [b]two[/b] of the three girls naked so what's the point? I wouldn't even be surprised if the whole "sex' scene just consists of text and no animations whatsoever. The game as a whole is already disappointing enough to play and to make the player work even harder to keep possibly one of the hardest to satisfy woman happy just isn't fun.
The other gripe I have with the game is that it's fairly broken and doesn't always work properly. The save feature is broken because if you save the game and come back to it later, you won't be able to click anywhere or perform any actions because the game somehow gets soft-locked when you save it. So that basically means there's no save feature, when you start a game that's all you have until you play again (as if you'd really want to). There's no coming back to it later or anything like that so if you plan to play one particular save every now and then, think again. It also doesn't help that the game is played in real time too, meaning your partners satisfaction bars gradually lower and you have to always be tending to her or else she breaks up with you. Yeah, for a girl who leaves me because I don't give her food, I think being dumped was the best thing to happen to me. See ya toots.

Simple enough since most of everything is point-and-click but like I mentioned, when you're trying to load a save, the game will not work. You'll be able to hover over the buttons and stuff and they'll hightlight, but you won't be able to click anything. There are no control options and the settings menu only consists of turning the sound on or off, adjusting difficulty and accessing potential saves that well if you've read up to this point, don't work.

Meh, I've seen worse from this developer. Whether or not they were behind the artwork, I can at least say it's better than many other art styles that they decided to go with. That being said though, it also isn't great. There's literally no animations or physics whatsoever that I experienced and closest thing is the girl literally changing facial expressions. Again, I wouldn't be surprised if the sex is just text, but if it isn't that may be the only revelation that this game has. Besides that potential theory, there's nothing else so you can probably figure that the graphical department is well, pretty lackluster. The girls also do not fit the environments at all because they look like literal hand drawn images while the backgrounds are clearly CG and are from visual novel asset packs.

Sound effects are nonexistent besides the one sound you hear when selecting a girl and the music is literally something you'd hear from a [i]Huggies[/i] commercial and plays from the moment you start the game until you finally kill the process. It doesn't loop, it doesn't stop, it just keeps going until you quit. Lovely.

'[i]Hentai Girlfriend Simulator[/i]' is a poorly designed simulator where you supposedly tend to, care for, and love a virtual girlfriend to whom is seriously hard to satisfy. It behaves like a life simulator where the goal is to basically feed her and shower her with attention and presents in hopes that one day you'll be able to finally make love to her. The only thing is that it's extremely hard to maintain a good standing with your partner because she's absolutely needy and gets bored so quickly that she'll leave you faster than you can ask her what she wants to do. The gameplay is already pretty bland and the save feature is also broken, so if you think you can save the game and come back to it later, you can't. It's just not a good game and is one of those games that try to entice horny little schoolboys into buying it simply because it has the word "hentai" in the title. Well you know what? It's getting old.
