lässt mich fühlen wie Opa !
This is a unique gem in an overload industry with military shooters. This is a true massive multiplayer war simulator with all his letters, with all the misses and hits that this genre brings to the table. I will start with the misses because there are very few. -The worst, joining a game. Here I do not have a idea that will help this, but is horrendous the queue system. For playing with friends both have to joining the same server each one for his own, and then joining the same squad that at least for infantry is never a problem. This issue comes with the max amount of players for queuing a game that his max is 6 people, so if you want to join a server that his queue his full, you have to click it or be really quick because the empty queue spaces last at best 3 seconds, some times you spend 5 or more minutes just to join a queue, 5 minutes that you have to be very focused or spamming click without stop. -The difficult curve, but this comes from how unique this game is, because is very though the first games, the time-to-kill is almost instant, and you are used to games that do not punish you so hard for running without cover for example. Is tedious at first, but then you get along with it. -It may be need to improve the balance between teams, it could be quite though but is often a really unbalanced match. The hits are there and are great. -As I mentioned before, once you got in the soft part of the difficult curve, you start to enjoying the game A LOT more, you learn to work on team like it or not, you learn how to move between points, you learn to respect zones and times, you learn to distinguish enemies from environment/allies (yes, that may happen more than once) and overall, you learn when to run and when to walk for not get killed time after time. -The different squad systems and his very different roles, and the importance in the roles of each member of the squads. Is so important that in specific moments specific members do something that only that role(s) is capable of doing it. It could be match-changing some times if do it in the right moment, for example a garrison or destroying a vehicle/armor. -The irrational amount of base content, without spending one extra dollar you have ALL the playable content. And it is a lot, you have a lot of very very different maps and they are huge, you have a lot of roles and unlockable sub-roles with that role level without having in consideration that the different types of squads have different playable roles, so overall the are a very high amount of roles (and sub-roles) to be played. You also have a lot of cosmetic customization base, of course you have the paid dlcs that unlock the coolest cosmetics but the base are more than decent and not that hard to unlock. You have 3 games modes (skirmish is quite rare to be played most of the times) that make very different how you play each one of the maps. There are also 4 nations (I think, there are some variant but in general are 4) that each one have their own armor/ mobile artillery types with their pro and cons. -The gunplay is fantastic, all the weapons feel real, for the good and the bad, and unique between them. You will find which weapon suits you and which definitely do not suits you. Each nation have different weapons in reach one of their roles and each sub-role have a different in the same role, each sub-role would share weapon with a different sub-role of any squad or role, but not between sub-roles of the same role. -The game experience is really unique, if you reduce the already low things in the interface and hud to the minimal, the immersion is magnificent, you feel all the emotions in the most tense moments, you feel that you life is on the edge of one shot, the adrenaline to be in the middle of the enemies lines/base, the emotion of hitting a tank with a bazooka (or his proper name), the rage of spending so much time trying to get to a place and getting shot from the back for a random dude that who knows wtf was doing there. All the feelings are there and is a really great thing to achieve in this genre. -The beautiful community, is rare a toxic environment because the own community deal with it (in a rare case an admin intervene and solve all, but most of the time is not requite). Voice chats usually do their propose and a lot of times is quite fun the conversations that happens there, the middle commentaries or chit-chat. There are 3 different voice chats (close range, squad and officers, only officers can listen/speak in the last one) and each one do their job very well. This is a game that have to be played in teams and that happens in team-scale and squad-scale very very often. -The good optimization and overall performance. I have a quite outdated pc and the game runs very well at 144 fps stables in ultra settings, nothing bad. The game have good overall graphics, a little bit down with some special effects but in general have good graphics with more than decent graphics customization. -The excellent developers, they listen a lot to the community, the feedback reach them and they improved a lot the game not only with more content (and very well content like maps or squad types) but with QoL and settings. Probably one of the best game service that comes from a not so big studio. This is such a great game, I must have at least 200hrs in epic also but hate that app so much that I ended up buying this game on steam just to avoid using epic games. I hope that the new game will be the real successor but will be a very very hard thing to do, because this game is unique and an absolute masterpiece.

The right balance of sim and cade.
Tiempos de espera extremadamente insufribles y agotantes. Hacen que se pierda el interés por el juego.
This is a game that makes you understand wars better if you are already a military history fan. That the game offers you a more or less realistic experience of being an individual soldier in a campaign is already a massive plus. Yet what I particularly liked is the gameplay design of outposts and garrisons, which resembles the importance of logistics and supply chain in a real battle (and that's why overextension of offense could cost one the whole campaign). You have to experience the game to understand how important every aspects of military planning are. Individual marksmanship doesn't win you the war, a system of communication and coordination between moving parts does. If you are like me who spend years reading military history and military strategy, this is an incredibly immersive game that provides you with a first-personal experience of a campaign participants rather than an armchair strategist.
Werde ganze Zeit weggesniped. Gutes Spiel!
