Nearly unusable controls. I would have to click multiple times to have the game register my mouse input to be able to turn my view or be able to move an object in the build mode. Absolutely enraging for a cozy style game. Additionally, you are CONSTANTLY being slammed with none stop tutorials. It’s overwhelming and boring. I tried this game because my friend likes it and I was interested in playing with him. Definitely will not be trying again. I recommend playing any of the other 5 million cozy games that are exactly the same but actually work and are not a glorified tutorial simulator.

Customer service is NON-EXISTENT! So many issues in game that need to be addressed by customer support but they do not care about their game and put your issues down as 'user error' constantly. Basically will tell you that you are lying to them and there is nothing that they can do to fix the issue. This has happened with multiple in game issues that I have had. Stay away from companies like this, they don't care about their playerbase. They only care about money, as long as you spending money on their game then they happy but cannot keep people playing their game with no customer supporrt.

Зашла в Heartopia с мыслью: сейчас быстренько построю уютный домик, посажу цветочки — и будет счастье. Ага, щас. Пинг такой, что даже меню грузится как философский трактат — по строчке в минуту. Создала персонажа, а дальше — тишина. Игра будто говорит: Ты хотела строить? А мы хотели, чтобы ты тренировала терпение. Пробовала всякие штуки, чтобы поправить — не помогло. Такое ощущение, что сервер просто не хочет со мной разговаривать. Обидно: картинка-то красивая, а поиграть не дают.
