Heyday forever Thx everyone i play it again

Helpful support staff! I have never written a review for an app before, however Hay day deserves all the praise! I recently experienced an accidental purchase with my diamonds (i clicked spend 56 to upgrade the land on accident) and after saving them up for so long i was devastated, however the Hay Day support team was amazing and so helpful! less than 24 hours later and i have been refunded all my diamonds!! everyone i talked to was so kind and directed me to the right people to handle my situation. my recommendation is to add a second verification “Do you want to spend these diamonds” or something similar to prevent accidental spending. otherwise overall a great experience i feel even better playing a great game knowing if i have any issues the people are so fast, efficient and kind with getting me the help i need

Really love/addicted to this game This game has taking complete control of my life for the past decade. In a wonderful way I might add! My only complaint is that I wasn’t able to receive an award that I got from this past event and now it’s over. Very saddening but still love this game!

Best Farm Game Update: Supercell customer service is RUDE! I had an issue and emailed them they didn’t answer the question clearly so I asked a follow up question which they didn’t like apparently. Disappointed in their customer service and if you have an issue with payment in Supercell you can no longer purchase or get daily freebies in Supercell. They are a really terrible outdated company for payment options…and they won’t help you if you have issues. I have been playing Hay Day a year after they released the game. It has come such a long way since then but it has always been the best one available. I almost always buy the farm pass and other things throughout the year. In the beginning it was really hard to get coins and now I have so many coins I will never spend them all. I love being able to have all the decorative paths and fences and all the other things that make each farm special and unique. They do a great job having events and earning even more decorations or tools. My complaints are: 1. The newspaper: this thing is terrible. You get pages and pages of the same common things and I hate it. It is worthless. 2. Once you get to level 120ish there really isn’t much to earn. You have basically all the ovens so all you do is earn coins then you have so many it ridiculous. You are basically just collecting things. 3. I wish there were more decorations you could buy with coins vs real money or diamonds. 4. Boat and truck order quantities are too high the higher your level. This makes it impossible to complete them in time with derby tasks and such before they expire. Some of the tasks take for ever…like jam and preservatives. So you end up with expired tasks. Asking for more than 5 items of anything is too much. I find myself playing less and less the further a long I have gotten. I wish they would add some new things for those of us further along.

Went from a relaxing game to a stressful one I have played this game for like, 9 years. It has been one of my favorites but nowadays, with every update it just gets worse. Before it was a chill, friendly game that you could play to relax, but after all these updates, all it does to me is it stresses me out. There’s too much things going on at the same time, while everything on the game is made easier and monetized. I’ve seen the same thing happen to a different Supercell game, and I dont know if it has helped them to get more players, but I’ll say that they’ll lose a lot of the first players with this. The game also has some issues: for example, sometimes I’m unable to help a friend with their truck orders, even when I try to. Sometimes the game doesnt save what I’ve done so that the next time I open the app, I have to do everything again.

Really buggy So this latest update is horrible and it seems the developers don’t care. You send in a report and nothing gets done, your report goes into a black hole. Some current issues, a farmer selling something on their road side stand thru the newspaper, the same item can be listed as many as times as 20 plus or more times for the same item across multiple pages of the newspaper. This was bad before but it’s now beyond bad. There are issues with the neighborhood derby that were not there before this release. They push these releases out with what appears to be zero quality testing. And once again, you send a report and you never ever hear back about the issue you’re reporting on. Been on this game for many years, but the quality is going downhill fast and if it keeps going in that direction I will be done with the game.

If only I could post screen recording I have a whole screen record of bots that “Heyday” allows to be on their app souly so the actually users had to pay money to be on this app… I started this account in 2013 and this is the absolute worst the creators have ever stooped to souly for money. Truly disappointed in how money hungry this game has become.

The 5 or 6 month fog is frustrating The fog that typically starts in September and lasts through like February is so frustrating … it covers designs and you can’t see anything clearly. It’s a nice thing for maybe a week or two, but I would prefer something less dense … like occasionally falling leaves that are maybe blowing on the wind during the fall months and snow that briefly falls heavy but mostly is light and maybe accumulates on the ground for awhile and then goes away. Also the orange lighting makes every design look terrible and is overall depressing. Especially since it’s only September and fall months still have beautiful blue skies in real life. I LOVE HayDay and normally would rate 5 stars, and think it’s the cutest game out there, but the fog and the orange, dingy lighting all over the game just make me want to not play. This last year it was awful and I thought it would never end … and when I saw it again this September it was an instant desire to put the game away for good. Call it a form of “fog PTSD”… lol

Issues with the boat's route Hi farmers! Is anyone else having trouble with the boat route rewards? I bought the premium pass but haven't been able to claim some of them—could it be a system issue? Anyway, let's keep playing—time to have some fun!
