Недооцененная игра с оригинальным геймплеем. К сожалению, не собравшая должного внимания, из-за отсутствия хорошего издателя

This is the developer's first game and I say "Damn good job, son!" Keeping in mind this is the first game they made, this game is a joy and is fun to play... is it scary?... I screamed twice and Im not kidding and I dont usually ever scream in games. Im being serious. I think the atmosphere of this polygon Sega Saturn graphics game is amazing. One neat thing about the apartment is that it is a "green" building in that all the light switches in the hallways are on timers to conserve energy. So the lights will continue to go out on you as you fulfill your duties and handle the miscreants that live in your apartment. I swear, there are some weirdos living there but I keep to myself and mind my business. The overall game loop is performing all sorts of duties around the apartment from asking a kid to turn it down to mowing the lawn. Its actually really fun and it was in these mundane tasks that I would sometimes poop my pants at the jumpscares. Some of the scares are complete flops, but there are some good ones... and a realization hit me while in one of the rooms that gave me goosebumps and Im getting them now remembering it. For a cheap little game that lasts a little over an hour, Id say its worth every penny. Cheers to the developer for their first game and I think it was a blast!!! 8/10

It was fun, moderately spooky, not very long though. I don't know if I'd say $5 worth. However, there is a major game breaking bug. If you are a completionist, like me, you might try to clean up everything you can. There's a point where you have to sweep up leaves in the front. However, you aren't supposed to sweep the leaves in the garage until the last day, and if you do it right after sweeping up the leaves in the front, it triggers the final day's events while the game thinks it's day 2 still, which causes multiple glitches and finally causes you to become stuck because you can't complete the game on day 2. In other words, if you do play it, stick to doing what the game tells you to do and don't try to be extra, at least until the dev fixes that.

This game was fantastic!! A very tense, scary and unnerving experience from start to finish. I streamed this on twitch and everyone loved it. The premise is you play as a janitor of a block of flats doing simple tasks but weird things keep happening and it gets more and more scary the longer you play. The jumpscares are terrifying and caught me off guard so many times. It’s really easy to figure out to do next without having to walk around endlessly waiting for something to happen which is really nice. Considering this is the devs first horror game, it’s an absolute triumph. A fantastic little horror game which is really scary. Highly recommend!

I had a ton of fun playing (and eventually speedrunning!) Hausmeister! The developer, Lenz, generously provided me a key for the game during October 2022 and I was more than happy to play and stream the game! Hausmeister has randomized (but deliberate) jump-scares that occur as you perform your important day-to-day duties as the principle apartment building's superintendent/supervisor. You deal with some very quirky (and mostly creepy) residents as you resolve their issues and maintain the building, while uncovering a darker, overarching creepy presence. The game immediately reminded me of the movie Dark Water (2005) as well as the Netflix series, Archive 81 (2022). ALSO the tasks you perform and the jump scares (and some tenant behaviors) change when you play the game again! This game rocks. Thank you for this fantastic experience Lenz!

wish it were longer. the game is really unsettling and has a the threat of jumpscares looming over you the whole time. by the time you're actually like under a real threat, the game is over. most of the game there is no threat of game overing, it's literally just at the end, which is kinda lame.
