Какой-никакой сюжет, повсюду разбросанные записки/ключи, простенькие головоломки, порой нелепые скримеры, пытающиеся напугать, кое-где отсутствующие текстуры, баги не обнаружены - типичный инди-хоррор. I bought Haunted Shores on a whim because a friend of mine had mentioned it was just added to steam. I decided to check it out since it had paranormal and horror related tags. Man let me tell you what! I have anxiety and I use THX Spatial headphones which has obvious surround sound and allows sound to play from either headphone that sound is on. So for example if its on the left you hear it in your left headphone. Anyways, what I am trying to say is that I freaked out playing! Very few games can do that to me! I don't wanna give away any spoilers as to what got me to jump, but just take my word on it. It will happen! So keep in mind this is obviously an early access game, been on the market two days now I wanna say. You cannot critique it extreme. I was happy to say that I felt the graphics were very well done for what I played through so far. I love the fact that our flashlight dims and eventually goes out with battery usage! That alone is a huge win for me due to the realism behind it. Another reason I found myself loving the game so far is that it stumped me! For a good while I was looking everywhere for a code. The thought process behind the puzzle was very well thought out. Because I was looking in all the wrong places lol. The game does have a few glitches, again, this is an early access game. And from what I've heard there has been an update pushed out already via the devs of the game. So give them credit for hopping on and taking action quickly! Now to talk about the game story a bit.. You're a paranormal investigator that a friend had asked you to do a favor and check out this asylum. You arrive on a broken bridge via a boat. From there you're walking through the woods and what not, the place seems like it has been abandoned for some time though. Maybe shut down? So you get to see a little wildlife and what not. This is only the beginning of the nightmare you're about to experience! Once you get into the asylum, the game begins to take a drastic twist. You thought you were safe.. think again! Honestly would I recommend the game? Yes. For it just being released and on steam just waiting for the horror fans to take notice the devs have something going for them here. I say give them a chance, buy the game and endure this nightmare!

I really want to play this game but I actually can't. I'm supposed to find some gas cans but it's too dark, you put a battery in the flashlight and it's fine but literally 20 seconds later it's pitch black, even though there's still a lot of battery left? Maybe I will come back to this when it's fully finished.

Tiene muchos bugs el juego, es muy estresante tuve que empezarlo de nuevo por que al momento de iniciar si no completas los objetivos como te los pide que es primero ponerle los 5 de gasolina y luego prender la válvula y ya después completar el resto de objetivos este se buggea y ya no avanzas al siguiente nivel aunque completes todos los objetivos por no hacerlos en orden, debes empezar de nuevo y hacerlo en orden. La parte del manicomio esta ultra saturado de objetos que llegan a bajar el rendimiento del juego, agregar una ia que te persigue en todo el manicomio me pareció innecesario no hace falta ponerle eso por que acaba siendo estresante.
