Hatred

This is just postal, but worse in every concievable way. Like. The story is so bland and edgy that I can not take it seriosly at all. The main character is constantly saying some of the corniest ♥♥♥♥ imaginable. And the gameplay is even worse. It feels so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ slugish and clanky, that it's impossible to enjoy. And also for some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ reason you jump over things by running into them. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ WHY?! WHY NOT JUST USE A SPACE BAR! Especially since the current way of jumping over things is so hard to do, that it might as well don't exist. Also why didn't you mention that you can stun people in close combat in the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ tutorial? Just do yourself a favor and play postal. It's way better and free.

Great for children

Pros: vertical sync is off by default (although it is locked at 60 frames per second, but you can increase the cap fps), windowed mode available, advanced graphical settings, subtitles are on by default, standard gameplay mode (multiple difficulty settings) & survival mode available (wave defense), tutorial available, I chose “story mode” difficulty and it gave me 5 respawns Cons: no 1080p resolution or even a resolution selection (if I were to guess, the game is locked at 720p), it would be better if I can zoom out more, black & white filter, “Q” to execute is the only way to replenish health points, you start with an AK but there is no ammo around for this rifle, you can only carry 3 weapons maximum, the mini-map is too small & there is no large level map, you have to constantly hold “left alt” to see objectives & enemies, the game crashed & I had to restart the level, no manual save slots, clunky vehicle controls, clown car enemy spawns, soundtrack is lackluster & the metal track in the credits screen is cringe Overall, I bought this game on sale & have spent 3 hours as of the writing of this review. I decided to call it quits at the military base where there is constant clown car enemy spawns. This game has gotten a lot of attention & controversy when it first came out, so I decided to check it out for myself. Hatred is a hit or miss
