energy holy fuh guys pls reduce the 4 minute wait time to 1 minute for the energy. everytime i stop playing the game it’s because of the energy, i love the storyline and everything but the energy wait time just ruins the vibe pls change it

Difficulty loading Initially from opening, this app has a difficult time opening. :( I can’t use it like others can. I am wondering if the app has the same setup like the past. Is this one about learning or simply another role play app again? To do research and to watch those who’ve played this one before more recently.

I LOVE IT CAUSE IM A HARRY POTTER FAN but…. I have to wait so many minutes to get energy and it’s annoying because I love playing this game and it’s funny how they are saying that my brother (in game) was bad and got expelled and he gone missing and I have to find him but anyway I love this game it’s really fun and cool but I think they need to fix the 4min = at least 5 or 10 energy cause it’s not that fair for 4min to = only 1 energy

A magical experience deeply bottlenecked by energy limits—please optimize this! As a huge Harry Potter fan, I can see the immense care put into this, but the energy system simply brings everything to a halt. I know it is a big advertising part of your system, but advertising doesn’t matter if you don’t have players to advertise it too. You can still have adds, but please make the system better. You want players to be watching your incredible narrative play out, not watching a timer. And the longer this goes on, the less money you will have. Please, please, PLEASE put this into careful consideration, and I would love if you could let me know that this will happen. Preferably in a 1-2 month period, but soon. Thank you for your consideration.

Amazing Amazing one of the best games of the year the only thing I would complain about is That it takes to long to get energy. I’m only on year 1 and I’m looking forward to the rest! I love the Easter eggs from the Harry Potter series like how you can interact with characters I love that you can change your looks anytime! Same with your name! I put my name as Hylia Of Hyrule so the professors call me Of Hyrule! This is an amazing game for all Harry Potter fans and is a must play for anyone who loves adventure!!

Good, but could be better. I like the game. It’s nice to escape into the world of Hogwarts now and again…BUT I have several complaints. First the energy. It runs out way too quickly and it takes over 2 hours for the energy to refill. Why does it take 4 minutes to gain 1 energy?! It makes it difficult to complete classes/tasks within a short period of game play. And why does some tasks need 8 hours to complete? I don’t always have a lot of time to play and would like to be able to complete classes, tasks, whatever in the time I do have to play. Second is that there aren’t enough clothing or accessory items or even any pets that can be bought with coins you earn. Starting at about year 3 at Hogwarts, I quickly maxed out since you can only have 50,000 coins. I use coins for the Meal with a Friend, dueling, etc. as often as the timers let me, but I max out almost immediately…which means I can’t even bank the coins I continue to earn as I play the game. The last thing I find annoying is the lack of continuity between the main story line and the special adventures. Characters I have already met, I end up “not knowing” and “meeting” in some special adventure. That gets frustrating when I have to expend energy in a segment getting to know that character.

Love but one problem So I love hogwarts mystery I’m a huge potter head the game feels like a dream come true but theirs one problem the energy it’s really hard to have energy you have to wait 4 mins!!!! 4 mins !!!!!! It’s so annoying because I usually click the add button but it keeps going away I’ll be fine if it was 1min but 4min 4min for 3 energy’s that’s hardly going anywhere and the other options are buying with real money or with diamonds and diamonds are really hard to get for free because to have a lot of diamonds you need to pay real money and you need 55 diamonds for 30 energy’s I don’t wanna pay real money developer pls fix this and respond don’t u see the pattern about people complain about the exact same thing do something pls

Good but… Every time I press something new like the library it takes me out the app.

Buggy Game is fun; when it actually works. Takes forever to load and can’t get support from the team due to crashes. Can’t even play the game anymore due to this issue.

Great Game I’m glad it fixed the glitches when you try and feed your pets that’s the only issue I was having but they fixed it soon after overall if you love the movie you will enjoy the game
