Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery

Amazing game but.. I’ve been playing Hogwarts Mystery for years and have always loved this game. I recently got a new phone and tried to get my old account back, but instead it created a completely new account. I’ve tried linking my Apple ID, but it isn’t restoring my old progress. It’s really frustrating because I’ve spent years building my account, and I don’t understand why my Apple account isn’t connected to my original save. There should be a more reliable way to recover accounts, especially for longtime players who switch devices. I really hope the developers can improve the account recovery system and help players get back their lost progress. I love this game, but losing years of progress is extremely discouraging.

Make it more enjoyable Great game, been playing for years now. Only downsides is that I wish energy didn’t take forever to recharge, there were more ways to earn gems, along with fertilizer. Maybe for the clubhouse’s where we can click on things add fertilizer to them as well because we’re literally getting everything except for gems and fertilizer. Also; can we maybe make getting the purple and white inkwell packs easier? Those are the rarest ones and it makes no sense for them to cost so much while the brown pack costs a lot less but it’s the one we get all the time.

Good game but definitely needs real improvement I really like this game but the fact that I run out of energy within maybe 5-10 minutes of opening the app is crazy to me. Every lesson or basically anything takes most if not all of your energy, and the lessons are timed so if you don’t complete it you have to start over again, using all of your energy (and probably needing more). And since you get only get 1 energy every 4 minutes it takes close to 2 hours for the energy to fully recharge, depending on your energy limit, and the only way to get more energy is to pay money or watch a video (which you can only do once or twice a day). Anyway, the main problem is the energy but the game also crashes, not all the time, but a decent amount. If it crashes, nothing saves, obviously, meaning that you’re out of energy and have to redo something you just did/spent all your energy on. So, definitely a good game, but you need patience to play the game like this.

Pretty good This game was actually pretty fun to play. I really liked the animals and plants, but why do you have to wait so long just for 1 energy? That part was slightly annoying, but otherwise it was great. I did end up deleting it not because it was bad, but because I just ended up spending like 4 or 5 hours on it a day because it just required that much to keep everything up, and I just got a little too drawn in. If you want to play though I would recommend, but try not to do what I did, or at least just be warned.

More Space for tappable items and other matters I have run out of space for items I can tap to get more energy. Make some more room in either the room/flat or secret clubhouse! Also in the magical creatures reserve, when are they going to provide the Phoenix and the Romanian Longhorn dragon? Lastly, is it too much to ask for an achievement quest for me to propose Penny?😡

One REALLY ANNOYING problem. The game is great- immersive, great storyline, at least so far. The problem is there are SO MANY EVENTS. Every time I move to a new location or complete a quest there are SO MANY POPUPS from all the active events, as well as the event tabs in the bottom of the screen. It’s just way too much to keep up with. Note to developers- I would LOVE it if you could choose to explicitly not participate in events, and it could be toggled in settings.

Crashes Doesn’t save progress and crashes constantly. Have had a hard time even getting past the loading screen for several days.

Bad i like this game but like why am i getting spammed with things as soon as i get into the app?? also why does it take sooooo long to complete tasks? dont get me started on how long you have to wait to regain your energetic. this game use to be fun but theres so much waiting it makes me uninterested.

Glitches and lags Severe glitches and lags since last app update, even after clearing cache. Ridiculous

Great Game I’m glad it fixed the glitches when you try and feed your pets that’s the only issue I was having but they fixed it soon after overall if you love the movie you will enjoy the game
