Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery

FIX THE CRASHING ISSUE PLZ! The crashing issue with just normal game play and then crashing when the festival grounds are open …is enough for me to not want to plan this game anymore….i shouldn’t have to save progress in the game every 5 seconds to avoid being screwed over when it crashes on you and none of your progress has been saved

It was awesome! Until the bug….. I loved playing this game all the time!!! But then when I got into my fourth year it would say that one of the events was over and then it would freeze my screen and I cant play. It won’t let me get out of it. I really hope that they fix this. :(

Amazing game but.. I’ve been playing Hogwarts Mystery for years and have always loved this game. I recently got a new phone and tried to get my old account back, but instead it created a completely new account. I’ve tried linking my Apple ID, but it isn’t restoring my old progress. It’s really frustrating because I’ve spent years building my account, and I don’t understand why my Apple account isn’t connected to my original save. There should be a more reliable way to recover accounts, especially for longtime players who switch devices. I really hope the developers can improve the account recovery system and help players get back their lost progress. I love this game, but losing years of progress is extremely discouraging.

Energy request Hi I absolutely love this game and I’m not that much of a Harry Potter fan! It’s fun perfect for everyone and great. I just have one request.. please make it AT LEAST 3 energy pieces for 4 minutes or make it 30 seconds for 1 energy because it takes a a lot of time to make it. And also pls cuter outfits and hair (even thought the ones are really cute!) thx again!

1 problem I love this game, but there is 1 problem, you can only play for short amounts of time before you lose all your energy. I feel like this game would be so much better if you could just play as long as you want without losing all your energy all at once. But other than that this game is just as magical as the movies and books!

This game is broken because I can’t continue playing it Unfortunately the Harry Potter mystery game isn’t working for me, because every time I try to get on a story, it returned to the main screen on my iPad, until this is fixed, I’m going to take a break from Harry Potter mystery game until the issue is fixed and resolved. Because the update didn’t fix the problem when users can’t play anything. Besides that I’m like the house I am in hufflepuff so I’m glad I choose that

Love this game ❤️! I play it on my sister phone my potions lesson the blue go away? When do I try out for the door Gryffindor Quidditch team? When do I change the dinosaur to show how won the house cup last year! When do I do show the adventurous? When learn flippendo and expelliarmus and incendio! Energy take forever and take forever to do my lesson! One question when you delete Hogwarts mystery do you lose your progress? And if you can. Can up me in Slytherin.

IT’S.STILL.LOADING!!!!😤 I love this game. It’s fun, it’s educational (in it’s own way), it’s engaging, it feels real, but, there’s one reason that I don’t play very much anymore. It’s LAGGY! It takes Forever for things to load and when I was getting sorted, the Hogwarts houses weren’t showing up! I was MEANT to be in Ravenclaw, but because I couldn’t see the placement of the houses, so now unfortunately, I’m HUFFLEPUFF (not that I have anything against hufflepuff or any hufflepuffs out there, its just that I’m a raven in a baggers den. I’m going to delete then reinstall this game and try again.
