Boring Wait time is too long ！！！！！

glitching frozen game currently stuck on one screen. not sure if the support can do anything about this but i would love to get off this frozen screen and get back to playing

Sound doesn’t work Not sure if it’s a good game… there’s no sound so not very fun to play

Not worth it The game is rigged for you to fail, especially in duels. It’s not worth all the effort and you constantly have to wait for your energy to recharge. You only get 1 energy every 4 minutes

Fun game, outrageous prices The story is interesting, there’s plenty to do, but OMG the prices for ANYTHING in this game is absolutely absurd! You also have to wait sooo long for this “energy” to do things. I’ve been playing for years… yes years (admittedly on and off because of how tedious it is to play) because it takes a crazy amount of time to complete anything

add Russian language They say there is a Russian language, but it doesn’t exist. Please add it; I’ve been waiting for a very long time.

Great! But… So it’s great! I love Harry Potter and now I get to live my dream of going to Hogwarts, having some dark family secret that’s not so secret, and I get to learn spells, potions, and make friends! But, I run out of energy too quickly, then I have to wait 4 MINUTES FOR 1 PIECE OF ENERGY!! Please fix this!

Cool but not I love the game when I can get into it. Most of the time it will start lo load then send me back to my Home Screen. Really laggy and to gain energy it takes way to long like 1 hour😐

Good game but definitely needs real improvement I really like this game but the fact that I run out of energy within maybe 5-10 minutes of opening the app is crazy to me. Every lesson or basically anything takes most if not all of your energy, and the lessons are timed so if you don’t complete it you have to start over again, using all of your energy (and probably needing more). And since you get only get 1 energy every 4 minutes it takes close to 2 hours for the energy to fully recharge, depending on your energy limit, and the only way to get more energy is to pay money or watch a video (which you can only do once or twice a day). Anyway, the main problem is the energy but the game also crashes, not all the time, but a decent amount. If it crashes, nothing saves, obviously, meaning that you’re out of energy and have to redo something you just did/spent all your energy on. So, definitely a good game, but you need patience to play the game like this.

A Step or two away from a Perfect Game. Is what I said before and unfortunately I disagree. In my opinion this game is good, the way you learn and cast spells is good, the story is pretty good so far (fourth year), and there are some new characters I haven’t seen before in any Harry Potter content, granted I haven’t done much other than the main 7 books. HOWEVER, there are two main problems that hold this game back, and if either were changed in a way to make the game better it would be a perfect game. The first is that energy is a bit of a problem, and while I like it as an idea it sort of misses due to the fact that it takes a while to recharge, and I would love to see a change that maybe makes it take a half minute less, or an increased energy cap. The best way to go about this is to maybe have it so that when you enter the dormitory you get energy quicker because your resting. The second problem is the side quests, and while I like them they are excruciatingly hard to complete, and the one time I got close it just timed out. What I would do is maybe give the player an extra day to do it, especially since 3 days is a short time for it even if you watch all the ads and such. The second idea and the better one is that you sometimes maybe get the choice between a story spree buff, or a side quest spree buff, letting you choose wether you want to finish a side quest or continue the story. Those are my ideas, and while I think they are problems the developers, coders, and other people making this game deserve a lot of credit for the absolute masterpiece of a game they created, as I am sure that making a full out game of an already existing beloved universe brings about lots of pressure. That is what I thought before. Then there was a time during a collect stars event where I need 3 more stars a did a study session for 1, and then a study session for 2 more, but when I finished and saw how much stars I need I still needed an extra one. So the game lied to me and I’m at so annoyed I don’t even know what to say. I have just been lied to and in my opinion stolen from especially since I had only 30 SECONDS left.
