It features five separate playable modes,

The start of it all, the very first attack led by the cult in the north-east city that was once your home.

Facing horrific abominations of science, you'll need to play smart to make it out alive.

Uncover the reality of the attack through four heart-pounding chapters,

spanning from the unkempt halls of your apartment complex, to secretive underground labs and toxic disposal facilities.

Operation Extraction is a go, the Bio-Terrorism Prevention Agency (B.T.P.A.) has located the site of an experimental organism being created by the cult that secretes a chemical which heals even the most grievous of wounds.

Play as the B.T.P.A.'s elite Zeta Team and acquire the organism for humanity and destroy the Cult's research,

Or play as the Cult's newest team of elites with heightened battle-senses and preserve your findings!

Regardless of your side, you'll need to play it slower and smarter to avoid risking your mission...

Following the scent of a prominent Cult Leader, you've walked right into his trap.
In this mode, you'll need to play smart--and fast. If you want to live long enough to make it out.
Choose between three unlock-able characters, each having their own specialized load-out.
Explore Four unique locations, each with their own secrets to be uncovered.
Kill as many of the infesting abominations as you can, rack up as many points as possible, and get out alive!

Multiplayer Arena supports three modes, Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, and Infestation across eight different maps.

Supports up to six players.

Note : Multiplayer requires minor setup, consult the Manual for setup instructions.

The Multiplayer experience entirely offline with bots!

All it takes is to pick your mode, your map, and you've got an instant full match ready to go.

Supports all eight maps and all three game modes with slight alterations for the Singleplayer environment.

Bots will follow your commands, taunt dead players, and even run for health!
