Until they fix the "hint", "zoom", and add an "options" function, this game isn't worthwhile - not even for a demo. The artwork is beautiful but you can't turn off the timer. Nor does the hooded death banner on the bottom left have a purpose (so get rid of it because it blocks the art). The eye button on the bottom right (which I assume was supposed to be a hint button) does nothing so get rid of it or either make it work like a hint button. There are also things hidden beyond the screen view with no way to move the screen over to "find" the objects, thereby making the game unplayable. Also, give people the option to just find things without a timer, and not use a gimmicky cursor, too. Not fun. I do not recommend this at this point in time.
The artwork in this game is fantastic and looks very polished. You hunt for 10 cute hidden fruits in each scene, with a total of 100 hidden objects to find. I love the mechanic where the black-and-white drawings color up and trigger a 'pop' effect once you click them—it’s very satisfying! You have to be careful, though; clicking on the wrong spots adds a time penalty to your score. The addition of a global leaderboard makes the game much more competitive and fun. Definitely worth checking out for hidden object fans!
This game is horrible. There apparently is no zoom. There also are no hints. There is an annoying timer that apparently cannot be disabled. It's huge and distracting. The fruits are very difficult to find in some of the scenes. To top that off, I clicked on what looked like fruit multiple times before I apparently clicked on the correct pixel and it registered. While I did get this game on sale, it wasn't worth it. The final straw was that it crashed, taking down Steam and forcing a system reboot. I don't recommend this game. It's a shame. I really wanted to like it. :-(
I think it is a good game, you can have a short and fun time.
"Really enjoyed finding all the hidden objects! While there are some tiny rough edges, it’s a very solid debut. It’s clear that the dev put a lot of heart into this. If you’re looking for a chill game and want to help out an indie dev starting their journey, grab this one. Can’t wait for the updates!"
Halloween Mystery: 100 Hidden Object Fruits is a small-scale hidden object game that focuses almost entirely on atmosphere, visual searching, and relaxed gameplay. Developed and published by ArPeaKK Games, the title combines spooky Halloween-inspired environments with the familiar formula of locating concealed objects hidden throughout detailed scenes. Rather than trying to reinvent the genre with complicated mechanics or elaborate storytelling, the game keeps its structure simple and approachable. Players move through eerie black-and-white locations searching for brightly colored fruits hidden among the scenery, creating an experience that feels calm, methodical, and occasionally hypnotic. The gameplay loop is extremely easy to understand. Each level presents a detailed environment packed with hidden objects carefully blended into the background. Players must slowly scan the area, identify concealed fruits, and click them to progress. There are no combat systems, time limits, or complicated puzzles to interrupt the flow. The challenge comes entirely from observation and patience, which makes the game accessible to almost anyone regardless of skill level. This simplicity works surprisingly well for players who enjoy relaxing hidden object experiences where the primary appeal comes from exploration and visual attention rather than mechanical complexity. What gives the game most of its personality is the visual presentation. The environments lean heavily into gothic Halloween aesthetics, featuring haunted houses, creepy forests, graveyards, abandoned ruins, and shadowy pathways that immediately establish a dark and mysterious atmosphere. The decision to use monochrome scenery while keeping the hidden fruits colorful creates a strong visual contrast that makes discoveries satisfying. Even though the gameplay itself is repetitive by nature, the detailed artwork helps maintain interest because players are constantly examining strange and eerie scenery filled with small details. There is also a loose fantasy narrative involving a corrupted force that has drained color and life from the world, leaving the hidden fruits as the last remaining traces of vitality. The story remains mostly in the background and never becomes a major focus, but it adds a bit of thematic cohesion to the experience. Instead of simply clicking random items with no context, players are given a basic motivation that fits the game’s eerie tone. While the storytelling is minimal, it helps the game feel slightly more immersive than some hidden object titles that lack any form of world-building. The soundtrack contributes effectively to the overall mood. Ambient music quietly plays in the background, creating a calm and slightly unsettling atmosphere that pairs nicely with the gothic visuals. The audio never becomes overly dramatic or distracting, allowing players to focus entirely on searching through environments at their own pace. Combined with the slower gameplay structure, the sound design helps create a relaxing experience that works well for short sessions, especially during late-night play. One of the more appealing aspects of the game is how approachable it feels. The controls are simple, the objectives are clear, and players can jump into the gameplay immediately without needing tutorials or complicated instructions. This accessibility makes it ideal for casual players who simply want a low-pressure game to unwind with. Fans of hidden object games will likely appreciate the straightforward structure because the title never tries to overcomplicate its formula with unnecessary mechanics. However, the simplicity also becomes the game’s biggest weakness after extended playtime. Once players understand the formula, the experience changes very little from one stage to the next. The gameplay remains almost entirely identical throughout the adventure, which can eventually make the progression feel repetitive. There are no major gameplay twists, advanced puzzle mechanics, or evolving systems introduced later to keep things fresh. Players looking for deeper puzzle-solving or more varied gameplay may quickly lose interest once the novelty of the visual style fades. Technical and presentation-related criticisms also hold the game back somewhat. Some players have reported occasional issues with object selection and interface responsiveness, which can become frustrating in a genre that depends heavily on precision. There has also been discussion within the community regarding the use of AI-assisted imagery, with some players feeling that certain visual assets lack consistency. While these issues do not completely ruin the experience, they do prevent the game from feeling as polished as it could have been. Even with those flaws, the game still succeeds in offering a relaxing hidden object experience with a memorable Halloween atmosphere. Its gothic environments, unusual black-and-white art direction, and calm pacing help it stand out from many generic hidden object titles available on Steam. The game clearly understands its niche audience and delivers exactly the type of casual gameplay that hidden object fans often look for when they want something quiet and stress-free. In the end, Halloween Mystery: 100 Hidden Object Fruits is best enjoyed as a short atmospheric distraction rather than a deep or innovative puzzle game. It provides a cozy Halloween-themed experience filled with eerie scenery and simple object-hunting gameplay that works well in small doses. While the repetitive structure and limited depth prevent it from becoming especially memorable in the long term, fans of casual hidden object games may still find plenty to enjoy in its spooky presentation and relaxing pace. Rating: 6/10

什么垃圾玩意 语言切换不了 没有教程 找完东西不会自动跳下一个场景 玩全不知道该怎么玩 玩什么 十几秒就结束了 我第一次退款三块钱的游戏 这游戏 五毛钱我都退款
While the art is beautiful, the charm of the game gets lost in poor click detection and busted achievements. Once those get fixed this will be a much more promising title. Plus, nothing says Halloween quite like... fruit?
This is a rudimentary hidden object game. While the artwork is decent enough, everything else is below par and makes for an unenjoyable experience. - The music loops every 20 seconds or so and it's not great music - It's not optimized for any screen that is not a 16:9 aspect ratio, cutting off objects. For example, if your screen is 1920x1200, change it to 1920x1080 before playing this. - The cursor is inaccurate at times, causing misclicks. - The hint button is nonfunctional. - The timer is large, distracting, and unnecessary. The most unforgivable aspect is the cursor inaccuracy, which means trying to speedrun this is an exercise in frustration. Not recommended.
