Grim Dawn is Grimly Boring. It's like Diablo 3 but slow. It's like Diablo 3 but the story sucks. The combat is pretty simple and I rarely encountered a challenge in the few hours I played. I wandered the map aimlessly and just happened to find important quest events but I couldn't tell you much about the story other than "monsters everywhere, kill monsters." I skipped most of the dialogue since everyone talks for a thousand hours and I don't have that kind of time. I just wanted to kill stuff and see cool stuff. I did one of those things.
