Probably the best GTA from an atmosphere perspective, Niko is up there as one of the best protags in the series, and the side characters here are much more memorable than in GTAV. Biggest problems with the game however are the mission variety, which i consider inferior to V and San Andreas. Also it runs like crap, even with FusionFix the performance still doesnt feel right.
