Grand Theft Auto IV: Complete Edition

I love this game but the Rockstar Games Launcher that you're forced to use in order to play the game is AIIIDS!!! I changed my steam e-mail, and deleted my old email 2 years ago. I thought that my account would transfer to the new email. It diddn't. Now I "own" GTA 5 and GTA 4 in my steam library but I can't play the games. I cant get the verification codes from my old deleted email, the Rockstar Games Launcher locks me out of the games I paid for. You know how Steam support agents are really really good? You get hacked on Steam or lose your email or something, you'll probably get your account back in a week tops. They're great. I asked help from Rockstar support. It has been 2 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ years, I have the receipts, I have proof of ownership, I know the password to my Rockstar account, account details, everything. They wont do ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥.
