我玩过最垃圾的游戏,点开它就是浪费生命
It eh. it was made i guess.
Gnome Light is a buggy, incoherent, incomplete feeling third person action game that looks suspiciously like a Digital Homicide style asset flip, you know, where they put a bunch of stock assets in a blender and try gouge gamers for the resultant mess they pour out. It's highly unlikely given the low quality of the game here that they came up with their own assets... but they certainly never credited anyone but themselves for the game. Sus. You control a gnome... you can jump, and fling a light ball (and make it come back to you) but it's not clear what this does or why you would want to do it... there's no tutorial, or interface for the game at all that I could see. As I said, it's an incoherent mess. From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. There's no options to change the resolution for the game or customise the graphics settings. There's no way for gamers to ensure this is running at the native resolution of their displays... there's no guarantee this game will look right on any PC as a result of this hamfisted design decision. There's no way for gamers to try improve the low quality graphics. The game features lazy low-polygon "retro" assets, making this look like a barely functional 3D game from the mid 2000s. It's unclear why the developers weren't able to arrange high quality, high polygon count contemporary assets for the game, and also irrelevant... what matters is that this looks bad as a result of their decisions, a compromise PC gamers shouldn't have to put up with. The controls can't be customised, which will be an annoyance for many, but it can also render the game unplayable for differently-abled gamers. The controls and game handling are notably very clunky and unsmooth here. It's janky and unsatisfying to play... and any experienced gamer will tell you, the handling, responsiveness and general gameplay feel of the control scheme must be well polished for this kind of game to succeed. Unfortunately, this is something the developer seems to have phoned in, with little to no apparent gameplay testing. They dropped the ball on this one. These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game. The poor quality of this game is reflected in the general public reception. At the time of this review, SteamDB shows the game all-time peak player count was only ONE player. That's right, only one person ever played this at a time. When I played this for the purposes of reviewing it, I equalled the peak player count for the game. OUCH. The only player activity occurs once or twice a month, presumably someone loading it up to see what it is then quickly uninstalling it. Considering there's over 120 million gamers on Steam, the overwhelming lack of interest in the game is remarkable, but also to be expected. This complete and utter rejection of the game from gamers should be a keen information point for anyone considering buying shovelware like this. Gamers just didn't take this seriously, and for good reason. Gnome Light is relatively cheap at $1 USD, but it's not worth it. Given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price, this is impossible to recommend.

Gnome Light. I can only make a terrible attempt at expressing the inexpressible about the beauty of this game, the love it makes me feel. I love its orbs of light, its ephemeral nature, the indecipherable controls, the brutal jumps, the righteous crashes. The music graces the ears for seconds at a time, before mysteriously fading out at seemingly random intervals. But of course nothing is random. It is the vision of an auteur. It is a story of an elderly gnome at the end of his life, where he recounts a life lived to the fullest. The boy he's been, the dog owner, the green student and scholar. I will admit that I did not get further than the first level because this game did not find me worthy to witness the rest, so take my humble review with a grain of salt. I've been humbled and forever changed. Also it's a soulslike.
AAGHAHAHAHAHAH, WTF LMAO, BEST GAME EVER XDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD
玩了半个小时不知道他喵的是要干啥, 还老是崩溃, 还没有存档!
动不动就崩溃,没有存档点,画质还可以,看得出开发者也是用心的,玩法就是有拉杆就拉、有灯就按左键点燃........
