The English translation is pretty low quality, and the controller support isn't great either (shows keyboard prompts instead of controller buttons)
I love the five elements type system with the sort of square super effective chart with fire, water, wind earth as it gives you more of a reason to invest in elements. Also not having a main start with void to me makes the element feel like a bigger deal and I'm excited to see who will have it (I'm comparing to the Asdivine series). I think 7 enemies can be a bit over whelming at times but with a bit of levelling I think it can be over come, so far loving this game.
an oddly unique story for Kemco fare. not a whole lot to do but the main story though. true ending takes maybe an extra 10 minutes which feels off tbh. overall great game

Absolutely loved this game! Game play was great, story was good, an all around good game. Weapons upgrades, black-smithing, new equipment available all the time. Definitely recommend.
Cute and charming Japanese role playing game with humorous and interesting characters, plenty of monsters (some of the monsters look cute and funny), a simple but well told story and plenty of quests and puzzles to solve. Your team in the game There's Lily (an outgoing adventurer you play as), Bernard (a gentle guy who can possess different creatures), Gwen (the talented and brave working class mage) and Lupy (a charming and upbeat spirit). The different team members all have unique personalities and different goals, and get along really well. I liked them all, and enjoyed their conversations with each other. There's not much romance, but that's ok. The game is more focused on friendship and family. Many of the non playable characters in the different villages, towns and cities are charming and unique. Each non playable character has their own story, dreams and problems to deal with. You can talk to them again and again to get different quests (requests for help) and see how they're doing. Their dialogue (what they say) changes as you progress further into the game, depending on game events, which was thoughtful. You can also adjust the game difficulty and make it easy or hard, which I liked. There's many levels and locations, and the option let characters teleport saves a lot of time. The later options to use a submarine to go underwater and use a magical creature to fly is heaps of fun - especially because travelling by foot in the game takes much longer. The underwater graphics are really pretty and soothing, and the underwater mazes / roads are challenging to navigate. Fortunately you can use a map to find your way and avoid getting lost. Ghost Sync also has 3 different endings which are all rewarding and positive. I think the last ending can only be gained if you win the game at least twice and choose the other 2 different endings. Rating: Ghost Sync is uplifting and positive, and family friendly.
I like these types of games. This studio makes so many of these games and the stories are fairly decent. I love this art style and the game play is pretty fluid. There is no paying extra for bonus content either. If you don't like grinding you can get the EXP related stuff, but there is actually plenty of places to quickly get EXP and boost your party. Overall, I love the studio and this game.
