Reviews
I have been planning to review this game for a long time now but I wanted to be in the right frame of mind to give it a fair review and at the moment I am. This game is not the usual type of game I would play but I am glad I was given a copy by the developer to review as I am enjoying Gekraxel far more than I thought I would. It reminds me of Mirrors Edge in some ways but the minimalist 2D graphic style is vastly different to 3D Mirrors Edge. The game play still feels similar in that you must think before you leap. Line up the jump or drop if you are trying to scale down walls. Gekraxel itself though is still very buggy. I just posted a crash report only about 10 minutes ago. It definitely should have stayed in early access a bit longer to iron out all those crash to desktop bugs and any other bugs that the developers may have missed. Overall though once the bugs get dealt with Gekraxel will be a great fun game to play. It is definitely worth getting this little hidden gem. I recommend it. :)
