Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 14 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Garage Flipper, developed by Farmind Studio and published by Games Incubator, is a renovation-focused simulation that narrows the increasingly popular “flipper” formula into a specific niche: restoring, redesigning, and expanding rundown garages and automotive workshops. Rather than flipping suburban homes or commercial storefronts, the game centers entirely on grease-stained concrete floors, cluttered tool benches, rusty scrap piles, and forgotten car parts. This tight thematic focus gives it a distinct identity within the renovation simulator genre, appealing especially to players who enjoy mechanical spaces and industrial aesthetics. The core gameplay loop follows a familiar but satisfying structure. Players begin with a neglected garage filled with trash, broken furniture, and decades of accumulated debris. The early hours revolve around cleaning—collecting garbage, dismantling old fixtures, and stripping the space down to its bare essentials. This phase can feel repetitive at times, but it establishes a tangible sense of transformation. Watching a chaotic, unusable workshop gradually turn into an empty canvas creates a strong visual payoff that fuels motivation. Once cleared, the real creative process begins: repainting walls, replacing floors, installing doors and windows, and redesigning the layout to suit a specific functional vision. Customization is where Garage Flipper attempts to shine. Players can place workbenches, storage units, tool racks, lighting systems, and decorative elements to shape their ideal automotive workspace. The level of control allows for both structured layouts and more experimental arrangements, depending on personal taste. Some may choose to build a sleek, modern car repair shop with organized tool walls and bright LED lighting, while others might lean into a rugged, industrial aesthetic filled with heavy equipment and darker tones. The flexibility encourages experimentation, even if the catalog of available objects can sometimes feel limited compared to larger-budget simulation titles. Progression is built around completing renovation tasks and gradually expanding one’s portfolio. Each finished project contributes to unlocking new items and opportunities, reinforcing the sense of growth from small-scale cleanups to more ambitious transformations. However, the pacing can feel uneven. Early tasks are often labor-intensive but financially modest, and the reward loop may not always feel as compelling as in more polished management simulators. Players seeking complex economic systems or deep business strategy may find the management elements relatively light, as the focus remains primarily on hands-on renovation rather than intricate financial balancing. Technically, the experience has its rough edges. Interactions can occasionally feel stiff, and certain construction or placement mechanics lack the precision found in higher-profile renovation games. Object alignment, demolition feedback, and interface responsiveness may require patience, particularly for players accustomed to smoother sandbox tools. That said, the overall concept remains engaging enough to sustain interest, especially for those who enjoy methodical, task-oriented gameplay. The simplicity of the systems can also make the game more approachable for newcomers who prefer a relaxed pace over intense micromanagement. Visually, Garage Flipper leans toward functional realism rather than visual spectacle. Textures and models emphasize industrial authenticity—concrete surfaces, metallic equipment, and workshop clutter define the atmosphere. While it does not push graphical boundaries, the before-and-after contrast of each project provides its own satisfaction. There is something inherently rewarding about turning a dim, debris-filled garage into a clean, organized, and professional-looking workspace. Ultimately, Garage Flipper delivers a niche but conceptually appealing simulation experience. It succeeds in capturing the tactile pleasure of renovation within a specialized automotive setting, offering players the chance to build and customize practical workshop spaces from the ground up. While it may lack the depth, polish, or expansive systems of more established renovation simulators, its focused theme and straightforward gameplay loop make it a solid option for players who enjoy hands-on restoration and creative interior redesign. For those drawn to industrial environments and the satisfaction of transformation, it provides a steady, methodical, and occasionally rewarding journey through the art of garage renovation.
