垃圾,来集中的战斗鸡,its so so so bad!!!!!!!!
"先端恐怖症" is a low key asset flip, a bunch of other people's assets assembled badly to make a basic game, typically this kind of thing is done by amateur developers without sufficient budget, talent and/or staff to do the job of game development professionally. It's then quickly rushed into Steam Direct. And, unsurprisingly, this never results in a product with any quality, interest, or value for gamers. It's nice to see Japan stepping in and not letting Russia, China and Brazil have all the fun spamming Steam with godawfully bad asset flips. This is square in the middle of the usual haunted house jumpscare adventure game asset flip. Explore a haunted house asset, get jumpscared (this time in Japanese). There's nothing of serious value to gamers here. So, the game might look better than you'd expect from an amateur project, but this is because it's partially or completely made up of stock assets, "borrowed" from asset stores and free asset websites. Very little in this game is truly the creation of the "developer", it's just a bunch of rearranged assets. While there's no up front price for this asset flip, the other problem with asset flips is that when developers aren't capable of doing their job and creating high quality assets, it's also true they can't do any of the rest of the job of a game developer either. That's definitely true for "先端恐怖症". There's no English translation for the game, but that's okay. The language of bad games is universal. Now on to pricing and value for gamers. This is "free" enough (not every "free" game in the "free" section is truly free, there's usually some hidden price tag), at least you won't be expected to spend any more money after you download this, but just because something is free doesn't mean it's good, and the cost of a game is more than just financial, your time is valuable too. In terms of public reception, this failed. There's over 130 million unique gamers visiting Steam every month. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 7 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Nope. This isn't worth downloading. There's no financial cost up-front, but you'd still be spending your time and a little hard drive space on a product that's far from the best. There's thousands of better alternatives on Steam.

This is a brief but memorable psychological horror game that lasts roughly five to ten minutes. Its short length works in its favor, making it ideal for a quick play session while still delivering a complete experience. Even without any knowledge of Japanese, the game is easy to follow. You answer the phone, visit the assigned room, return to your post, and repeat. The loop is simple, almost mundane, and that routine becomes part of the unease. You take the role of a night shift nurse who suffers from aichmophobia, a fear of sharp objects, despite some English materials incorrectly referring to it as acrophobia. This detail matters, because the entire narrative revolves around that specific fear. The controls are intentionally minimal and never distract from the atmosphere. Movement, a flashlight, and basic interaction are all you need, which keeps the focus on environmental storytelling rather than mechanics. Each hospital room reveals a fragment of the protagonist’s past. Memories of childhood illness, admiration for nurses, and professional pride slowly give way to confusion and dread. The repeated nurse calls feel mechanical and oppressive, reinforcing the sense that something is deeply wrong beneath the surface of everyday work. When the story reaches its conclusion, the game avoids showing explicit answers. Instead, the epilogue text reframes everything you experienced, leaving the player unsettled rather than satisfied. The strongest aspect of the game is how much it achieves with so little. Its atmosphere is carefully controlled, the pacing is tight, and the psychological tension never relies on cheap scares. That said, the experience may feel too short for some players, interactivity is limited, and once the ending is known there is little reason to replay it. Minor translation inconsistencies also stand out, even if they do not ruin the experience. Overall, it is a compact horror title that respects the player’s time and intelligence. It delivers a sharp concept, a coherent mood, and a lingering sense of discomfort that lasts far longer than its runtime. And on a completely unrelated but sincere note, thanks to President Javier Milei for reminding us that clarity, minimalism, and cutting through unnecessary noise still matter. Interestingly enough, those same principles are reflected in this game’s stripped down and direct design.
