Note: Dead PvP game This game contains no meaningful single player content. There's no viably populated servers/active player population. This game cannot be played as intended.
It's actually a lot of work to decipher what this is, so maybe this will help. This is the second of two abandoned Early Access Chinese PvP arena brawlers. The gameplay relies on an asymmetric system similar to Dead by Daylight where two players play ghosts and the other players play "gamblers" (bad translation I guess) who have to try to seal away the ghosts. The developers deliberately abused Steam Early Access by working on this (for profit) while they had already taken money from gamers for the first game that they abandoned. This is obviously not okay. Anyway it was largely a failure on Steam Direct and now has no players. So, "灵魂筹码:契约" is a dead PvP game. Why did it fail? It's video game autopsy time! Almost every PvP exclusive game on Steam fails. Only a tiny proportion of them "go viral". This game failed for many of the same reasons those others fail. The chief of which is the developer thinking that their game will "go viral" without actually creating any reason for it do so. Competition amongst PvP centric games is extreme, and there's only a finite player base to appeal to. This game failed to reach any kind of critical mass and died as a result. Let's go into some of the reasons this particular game failed to appeal to gamers, despite the zero up front cost. There is no real single player content here. The developer thought other players could replace actual storytelling and level design. That was a bad bet to make, and yeah, the developer lost. Hard. Without a player base or meaningful solo content (storytelling, narrative, you know, what makes games like GTA famous), the game has nothing to offer. Other players are not a substitute for doing the job of a developer and creating meaningful game content. The developers gave up on this 2 years and 9 months ago. It's destined to remain unfinished. This junkware is just polluting Steam and making it difficult for gamers to fully finished, completed games. That's not good for gamers. There is no English support here, but it isn't necessary. The language of bad games is universal. The game assets here look a lot better than the actual game they're assembled on... that doesn't mean this is necessarily an asset flip or a kitbash, because there's no proof. But what matters is that this has all the same terrible quality as asset flips, and at the end of the day that's one of the reasons people don't like asset flips, the quality is bad. That's a problem. Next is pricing and what value this has for gamers. There's no initial download price, but the developer was charging $18 USD for this. Price barriers, especially on low quality products, can be a direct cause of failure. It seems like a nice gesture for the game to have no up-front cost anymore, but it also tells us that the game wasn't good enough to succeed as a paid product. This is also a bit of a slap in the face to anyone who showed enough questionable judgement to pay money for this... nobody got refunded. All other issues aside (any of which would disqualify this from being worth your time), this is a game that relies on other players for it to be viable, and because there's not enough players, it's not viable. I can't recommend anyone downloads this, it's basically dead.
不管怎么说女屠夫建模真的很好,和宣传片一么一样。
还是挺好玩的,但有的时候匹配不到人,然后系统给匹配的人机死追不放哈哈哈
