About
FROGBLOCK is a handcrafted 3D puzzle adventure where you hop around as a tiny Frog solving Perspective Block Puzzles!
Each level is a compact diorama of ruins, blocks, fruit, and ancient artifacts - simple at first glance, but full of clever twists. Your goal: help your frog collect the Shiny Artifact! Rotate the scene to discover new paths, challenge your 3D spatial awareness, and transport Frogblocks to create your own paths!
As you progress, puzzles become increasingly challenging, and you must master a diverse set of mechanics. Plan your movement around poisonous hazards, eat Frog Fruit to increase your range, slide perilously along icy paths, and spot hidden solutions that were there all along—just not from the angle you were looking!
Collect optional Secret Stickers, cleverly hidden throughout the ruins. Play at your own pace by skipping levels that are too easy or too hard for you!
Experience 4 different Worlds, or Seasons, while listening to our rich Original Soundtrack with 30 tracks that range from Ambient Soundscapes to upbeat Lofi and Jazz!

ive played a little bit of this game so far and i really enjoy the vibes! the controls are pretty intuitive on controller, though a bit clunky on mouse and keyboard. i've been having fun playing around the first few levels and I enjoy the ability to be able to skip ahead to later levels if you get stuck. i was a huge fan of playing with perspective in the monument valley series and this really takes me back to that!
▶️ Gameplay
(placeholder)
👍 Pros
+ Cute art and frog character! + Love the music and sound effects + Interesting puzzles - have to think out of the box! + Fun gameplay with over 100 puzzles + You can skip levels + You can zoom in/out each level - love this!
❗Cons
- Wonky controls - need to use controller because I could not for the life of me figure out how to play this with a keyboard (even with a controller it stops working too if I accidentally use a keyboard at the same time). Maybe the game prioritizes using keyboard or something? Regardless, I had to keep re-plugging in my controller into the USB port to 'reset' it. - Honestly stumped with some of the puzzles, and there aren't any guides yet haha - There are in-game hints, but they're not very helpful imo - Wish there were more achievements
🤔 Conclusion
The game is more challenging than I thought, but I do like it! I adore the music and sounds, so even though trying to figure out how to solve each stage can be frustrating, the game audio itself is pretty amusing heheh. I've only tried up to level 20 and the rest of the levels seem difficult but I'm curious to see what the game has in store. If you like perspective-changing puzzles where you have to think outside of the box (e.g. Monument Valley), you'll enjoy this. I recommend it for puzzle lovers! ˚ ✦ . . ˚ . . ✦ ˚ . ★⋆. . ˚ ✭ * ✦ . . ✦ ˚ ˚ .˚ ✭ . . ˚ . ✦ ⸜(˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶ )⸝ `✮´ Hi, I'm Syn and I stream and review cozy indie games! ✍🏻 My other game reviews (curator page): https://store.steampowered.com/curator/44046812/ 🎮 Watch me game (and occasionally do other stuff) here: http://twitch.tv/st_synna ▶️ See my VODs here: http://youtube.com/@st_synna Cheers and have a lovely day!
Such a creative concept. Reminds me of games like FEZ. Puzzles aren't too hard which makes this frog feel smart.
Very good puzzle game, with some interesting twists for puzzles with the perspective mechanics. It does have a sort of relaxing vibe to it. And being able to skip around levels without having to unlock areas is great for when you get stuck on one particular puzzle.
A lovely puzzle game! The visuals and sounds are all very polished! I really enjoy the subtle things, like the golden rails on newly connected paths when you place blocks and rotate the landscape. The game does this very well as well with letting you know where secret collectibles may be hiding while still making it feel like a joy to "see the secret". The aspect of progressively teaching you how to solve more and more complicated puzzles in the world is definitely present as well, the game feels like it naturally makes you better at it. I always enjoy that about a puzzle game. If you're looking to get deep into a cozy puzzle game, I highly recommend, especially if you love frogs.
I'm playing the mobile version of this game and love it. It's visually appealing, has chill audio, and the levels are the right amount of challenging for me. I also bought it on Steam so my partner can play it via family sharing. So ignore my short play time. I did take a quick look at the PC version though, and it looks like the options are quite limited - some more graphics and control options would be nice (I didn't see any resolution options?). This game seems to have higher GPU requirements than one would think, and I don't want my GPU fan spinning fast during a puzzle game. Anyway, I suggest playing the demo on mobile to see if you like it!
This game is a very interesting game of concept. However, the game has one weak spot, that is, the backward optimization model: the idea of asking the questin from the finish line to the starting line. I would reccomend this game to anyone I think is intelligent in solving problem with limited resource. Unfortunately, because I am so great at thinking backward from goal to start line the game start to become boring after I get all the concept and start to be such a pain to do a repetitive task.
