I honestly love this game. FragPunk has been a lot of fun, especially because the cards give every match a different feel. It keeps the game from getting crazy repetitive, and every game can play out differently. You get the occasional sus shot here and there, but overall I have a great time playing it. I started playing solo once in a while, and I finally got one of my friends to try it. Now we have been playing nonstop for the last two weeks. i got a group together so much more fun, Once you get a group together, this game is seriously fun. I did run into an issue trying to connect my accounts between PS5 and Steam. I can't get my account onto my PS5. I'm not sure if I messed something up by trying to connect everything through the game first, but hopefully this can be fixed because I would really like to play on both. My biggest complaint is the pricing. The battle pass is expensive, and the credits are pretty crazy too. I ended up getting the monthly option because I wanted to support the game and get the upgraded battle pass, but by the time everything is added up, I'm spending over $20. I don't mind spending money on a game I enjoy. I actually WANT to support the developers because me and my group have been having a great time. But I think the prices are going to hurt the game in the long run. If you want FragPunk to have longevity, I really think lowering the prices would help. More reasonable prices could mean more people buying things, more players sticking around, and more players coming back season after season. I also really think there should be a rotating skin shop, or some way to buy skins that you missed. It is honestly pretty annoying seeing some really cool skins and characters locked behind a battle pass and knowing you might never be able to get them again. Gameplay wise, FragPunk reminds me more of Halo than CS:GO or Valorant. It feels more forgiving when moving and shooting, and I personally really like that. It makes the game feel more fun and less punishing while still having plenty of skill involved. Overall, I really enjoy FragPunk and I want to see this game succeed. The cards, gunplay, characters, and overall gameplay make it something I keep coming back to. Me and my friends have been having a blast. Devs, if you really care about the longevity of the game, please take another look at the pricing and how skins are sold. Give players more reasonable prices and more ways to get the skins they actually want. I honestly think you'll keep more players around that way. Great game. Just please don't price your players out of it.
