As others have said, it's not bad for a developer's first try. But at same time from a consumer point of view this is not worth playing. It's about 15 minutes long, taking place over a series of rooms in a single house. You can see the developer is trying out different things that, though admirable features in a more polished game, are there clearly as they're trying to learn how to implement those types of things. Examples like how there's a section where the room behind you changes when you walk into a toilet. For no reason at all, and it surely doesn't have any payoff from a narrative or tension point of view. Or the fact they tried to implement a survival aspect by having you collect batteries for your flashlight. The game is barely long enough for you to burn through even one of the half dozen batteries the game throws at you. And though it did get me with one jumpscare, overall the tension just isn't really there. And it's lessened somewhat by having the main monster/ghost/apparition thing hang out in the main room for most of the game for you to gawp at/teabag. I even was able to snag a humourous screenshot when I was able to angle myself so that a lumious question mark on the wall behind her lined up with her head so it looked like she had a quest for me. So once you've reached those levels of silliness in your game, you can pretty much give up on any pretenses of horror. And the story is all divorced from gameplay and delivered through very basic text notes. And the puzzles are basic and barely make you break your stride at all. Overall, avoid.
A fun albeit short spooky game. I was pretty amazed at the event system the dev used. The grammar in the texts throughout could be better, but not bad for a single dev.
