Seeing issues get addressed so quickly makes it feel like they genuinely care about the game and the community.
The new Firebird DLC is a great example of that. It adds a full story campaign, new weapons, a commander with unique abilities, multiplayer maps, and a fresh soundtrack. The missions do a good job introducing the new mechanics without feeling overwhelming, and the new weapons bring some fun strategies into both campaign and multiplayer.
