They lack depth and content, because they're just simplistic copies of demos or tutorials. In this case, "Mahjong Game Engine" is just a basic demo pack to show people how to make a Mahjong tile matching game in GameMaker Studio, and doesn't have any merit as a proper, fully fledged PC game, so a copy+paste of it can't be recommended. Asset flips don't involve any professional game development. Sure, sometimes they may change a few cosmetic things, swap out different assets etc, but at heart it's functionally identical to the asset they're ripping off. Asset flips like this are harmful to the gaming industry and to Steam because they reduce the visibility that sincerely made indie games should have, and make it harder for gamers to find real games from genuine developers. Don't reward this morally bankrupt, unethical behaviour from BoogyGames Studios.

Not the best Mahjong game I have played, but it will do. Ok little time waster.

This bought back fond memories of playing Mahjong Games, had all the features mahjong games used to have, ran like a dream , has a good hint system, just like how it used to be, , really nice game.

no sound. icons don't work. re-installed but no joy. played for a while but not the same without these items. checked forums but very little help available. been on their site but game not there ??? asked for refund

Food Mahjong is the apex of modern competitive first-person shooters. Razor-tight controls, millisecond-latency, and VR support make this the best Call Of Duty : Modern Warfare game yet.

Decent mahjong game. It can be a bit hard to see whether tiles are on top of other tiles (shadows aren't very noticeable). I expected the food images to be themed - such as dessert on one level, fruit and veg on another, etc. But they are all mixed up together.
