Game is rigged, ratings are dropping. I don’t know how Apple allows this game in the App Store. It is so transparently rigged against you and designed to take your money that there’s not even the illusion of fun. It just reeks of fraud—it’s a tax on people who can’t do basic math. It is brutally obvious that Playrix has algorithms running behind the scenes, setting you up for success when they want you to get hooked, and setting you up for failure when they want you to pay them money. There is a reason the ratings have steadily dropped over time. It’s a truly terrible game.

Used to be my favorite I had to delete the game which I use to play every night. The more update, the less bonuses and the more money you had to spend. You only need one more to win which of course is a scam. Please go back to when it was fun!

Pretty upset with lack of support I’ve been playing this game for over 6 years and spend probably too much money on it. My teammates are all talking about a new mining mini game that you play with others from your team. I don’t have it, and support will not answer me in chat. Not only am I missing out on the fun, I am also missing out on the bonus prizes (which ofc cost money if you don’t win them). Would love to have someone from support tell me what’s going on and attempt to fix this for me. Otherwise I will finally delete the app and quit.

Not as Advertised This is not the same as the minigames that the ads make you play. This is a puzzle game

Not correct The game advertised is not the game you will download it’s more like candy crush not the one in the advertisement

Once this was a good game - not so much now At some point the economics in this game went off the rails. Even the basic tasks are now out of reach expensive because the flow of resources is a trickle. Either by design or as a result of updates, you will find yourself in a position where you will need to spend too much money or spend incredibly way too much time to gather resources. If you do not care about making progress and a contributing team member then you may still find some value in the game. If not, you will not be able to complete the necessary steps for an event without spending money.

Used to be fun They’ve changed it so that now I’m lucky to get through a game without having to use the diamonds. Even then, I have to use diamonds a second time, costing even more diamonds. It’s not fun anymore. So I don’t play unless I have over 20 diamonds, and even then, I’m nervous that I’m gonna get through the game. Why am I playing if I’m nervous? I have so much Gold that I can’t do anything except buy more fish for a clogged aquarium. What’s the point? It’s not fun.

Please listen to a long time player….me! These billionaire brothers do NOT CARE about their players. They have turned the majority of their customer service complaints over to AI bots. For 3 weeks I get the run around It’s always due to high call volume we are sorry we couldn’t help if problem still persists start a new ticket. They close out your complaint and make u start again hoping that you just give up. Which most people do. But after being a loyal player since games inception I’ve had enough. I will be reporting to FTC and the BBB also sending complaints to Apple, Google, and Amazon. I truly do not know how they have such a high rating. They must be paying Apple for these starts. These Russian billionaire brothers are corrupt and I love my team but want to see this company sued!

Fun, but… The game is fun, but…. The rewards for winning Atlantis League levels are less than half what you get from regular levels. Worse, the last few patches have introduced numerous bugs. The game crashes constantly, loses graphics, and seems entirely centered around forcing players to use resources that are either over abundant or scarce, depending on which event is active.
