Ive almost platinum'd this game on my PS5 and after I platinum Remake on PS5, ill be grinding this on Steam before Revelation comes! Now theres quite some issues with the RTX 50 Series, best way to resolve the common stutter issues which comes from the shaders popping in is a brand new fast SSD, preferablly not filled up, one thing is to disable rBar (Resize bar) in your bios or Nvidia Profile Inspector, and the one that resolved my issue for the most part is having it in Windowed mode, full screen with every other avenue attempted still had stutter issues. I also have the stutter fix mods installed but they didnt assist my issue personally, but doesnt help to try them out either Now onto the game. This game is fantastic, sure theres points where it draws out for far too long, particularly some mini games kicking my ass, but I had a blast with it the whole way through, the only thing I genuinely didnt like about the game was being locked to a certain character real late into the game. You could pinpoint a dozen parts of the game that you find to be negative and I'd probably agree with you but I still find the overall experience to be a 9/10 game at minimum At some point people need to realize its a game, its meant to bring Joy and Laughter along with pulling at your heart strings, and I think the whole community gets too frustrated at certain aspects of the game and try to shame it as if its the worst game thats ever existed because it doesnt align with how their emotional attachment to an almost 30 year old game If you're new to the franchise, dont let the fandom drag you to their level, enjoy the living ♥♥♥♥ out of this saga because its a fantastic world and you're gonna be amazed at how wonderful of a creation the game truly is!

Honestly i'm so disapointed with the way they executed the gameplay of this game. I absolutely loved the remake but this is horrible. The start is great but as the game goes on it starts to get irritating on so many levels. The mini-games being the first cause, in my opinion. For example, when you play as cait sith and need to throw boxes into a component to power a generator (i literally had to look up a tutorial on youtube). These mini-games literally take you out of the story completely and piss you off so hard that after finishing them you don't even remember what you were actually doing in the first place. Also, EVERY damn time, something has to be broken. The generator is out of power. The door is locked. You need some random guy's keypass to acess a room. It was fun at some point, but after a while, it's EXTREMELY repetitive and annoying. Like, i'm trying to play the main story and i keep getting pulled back out of focus by these annoying obstacles that at this point, i've had to go through like 20 times already. To me, this is giving trying to fill random ♥♥♥♥ in just to waste your time and patience. So, to the other reviews that said this game doesn't respect your time, they are all right. Another thing is that they called this an ''open world'' but it's not even remotely fun to explore (which is one of the main ideas about having an open world). I've played zelda, an actual open world, and this is not it. I'm sorry but exploring is a pain in the ass and after all of those poorly executed mini-games you're too impatient to even consider doing it anyway. Also, Chadley is annoying AF. Sorry not sorry Honestly i'm torn between recommending this game or not, but I guess it's worth it if it's on sale. I don't think I would've bought this if it weren't for the summer sale. Then again, there are some very good and intense scenes that sort of make this game worth it, especially if you're curious about what happens next in the remake. I have to say, the lore is DEFINETLY what is keeping me going in this game. NOT the gameplay **Writing this after finishing the game : I do think all the pain is worth it. The end is worth it and i'm excited for revolution
