this game is decent and all, but i just bought it now and it is plagued by easily fixable issues. I shouldn't have to clear my shader cache every 5 minutes to be able to play a game thats been out this long. All we hear about is how many employees and bloat are at these companies. If you have all these people and you cant make it so clothes dont turn black or transparent, on a game thats been out this long, it says a lot

I played this on Switch and as a huge Final Fantasy VII fan, I was really excited for the Midgar content. the core gameplay is satisfying as always, but the ending of this game/story is really bad... just like the Game of Thrones finale. What a disappointment. just play the original

Loved the first remake game, cant stand this one. I keep playing because of FOMO, waiting for the game to get good, but my god the open world copy pasta design is so difficult to get through. some cool parts here and there but overwall a giant waste of time. even the combat is a bit awkward and repeatable.
story is bad, cloud sounds like an ai, combat is always a gimick (assess use element), open world formula is straight copied from every game you have ever played.
