Filthium Zero

Love it. Its a really fun little game with great potential! I love trying different builds and beating the different runs However i do wish for more variety between maps, enemies and stuff but i guess thats a topic for the future as it only launched today lol Also the controls for keyboard is sometimes a bit buggy if your mouse is not facing the direction you want to go ^^" But other then that, a solid start imho :D

This is a well-made game with excellent visuals and polish, but unfortunately the gameplay loop becomes repetitive and boring after a while. 1. The enemies are always the same type. All they really do is chase the player. There are no behavior patterns that force the player to make strategic decisions. In the end, it just becomes running in circles over and over again. 2. The large enemies (the bosses) are actually the most boring part of the game. The fight basically consists of running around the map in circles while shooting until their health runs out. Visually they look great and the animations are excellent, but the fight itself becomes very repetitive. 3. The map is linear and it's the same in every run. The game doesn’t really feel like a roguelite because every run feels identical. At some point I simply don’t feel motivated to start another run, because to reach the miniboss and the final boss again you have to replay the exact same stage with the same enemies. I bought this game because it was on sale and the trailer looked very good. But after playing it for a while, I found it quite boring. Even so, I still recommend the game because you can clearly see the effort the developer put into it. If you enjoy farming and repeating runs to improve your character, you might still have a good time with it.
