Terrible controls, and worst part is you can't customize them. Very clunky, and plays awfully. Take off beta, and take some time to work on your game.
Literally the worse controls ever in the history of video games. As a keyboard/mouse player, this game is literally unplayable. Left the first game I played...

Game is clunky, weapons are unbalanced, archer is useless and the mechanics are awful. Needs work, got bored really quick.
The only viable option is using a sword as some sort of jousting lance and running at people. The mace feels like swinging a cotton ball on floss, the bows are useless in kiting, the hammer is slow and predictable and outranged by everything, the movement just feels awful and you have to use a controller cuz its frustrating on keyboard with no way to remap keybindings. Brilliant idea, horrible execution. I believe this game can be saved
This game has a unique graphic style and charm that I can see will pull me back into playing for hours. But the control scheme is terrible and needs to be fixed before the game gets any traction. There are dozens of twin stick shooters/melee games that do combat correctly, please follow suit and fix the combat.
I've been playing since closed alpha, and can say that this game just get better and better. Right now I can no longer experiance any bugs, and I am very impressed for it just being an early access game with so smooth and nice bug-free gameplay at solid FPS. The game is free, so why not give it a try?
Note: Dead PvP game This game contains no meaningful single player content. There are no available servers and no player population. This game cannot be played as intended.

Warning: In-Game Cash Shop This game is infested with a toxic mobile app style cash shop. You will be prompted to and expected to give money/credit card details to the developers through this cash shop to buy in-game goods so you can play the game.
This was an attempt to make a PvP online twin stick arcade brawler with a vague "party game" theme and a few different game modes, but people just weren't interested, and when the developer discovered nobody was using their toxic mobile app cash shop, they pulled the plug. So, "Fightworld" is a dead PvP game. Why did it fail? It's video game autopsy time! Almost every PvP exclusive game on Steam fails. Only a tiny proportion of them "go viral". This game failed for many of the same reasons those others fail. The chief of which is the developer thinking that their game will "go viral" without actually creating any reason for it do so. Competition amongst PvP centric games is extreme, and there's only a finite player base to appeal to. This game failed to reach any kind of critical mass and died as a result. Let's go into some of the reasons this particular game failed to appeal to gamers, despite the zero up front cost. First and foremost, there's no meaningful single player content. The developer gambled that other players would be an acceptable substitute for adding storytelling, level design etc to the Game. They lost that bet. Without a huge community of players or single player content to add a lasting value to the game, the game dies. Developers must learn that other players are not an acceptable substitute for adding content to a game. The developers abandoned this 7 years and 2 months ago. It will never be completed. This unfinished game is just polluting Steam and making it harder for gamers to find genuinely, completely made games. Despite not being able to finish the game, the developers apparently had all the time in the world to build that fully functional cash shop, and financial transaction back-end system into the game. That shows the developers primary goal was just to set out to gouge cash from Steam gamers just like mobile devs do with mobile peasants. On the important subject of visuals, this features fairly low quality stylised/cartoony low poly 3D graphics. It comes across as the kind of thing you see on mobile phones and Nintendo games, which will deter a lot of PC gamers, understandably. Gaming is a visual medium, and to be considered one of the best games on Steam, the graphics have to be some of the best on Steam. That's not happening here. Insultingly, the developer insists that you should play this with a console peasant children's toy gamepad instead of KB+M. You cannot play this without a console peasant children's toy. Developers should try to be aware which platform they're designing games for. It's the responsibility of the developer to ensure the game runs well on the platform they're selling it on, with the primary peripherals that PC gamers use. You're forced to sign a highly questionable yet legally unenforceable End User License Agreement... for such a relatively low effort, low quality product, this comes across more as a delusion of grandeur than anything else. This agreement includes questionable requirements that may attempt to revoke consumer law protections that gamers expect to have, which is also highly problematic. Developers must learn they are here to serve gamers, not control them. I had my cat walk over the keyboard while the EULA was displaying, which fixed that problem for me. This game is fairly dated at 5 years old... it's showing a bit of age and won't give you a very up-to-date gaming experience. As mentioned, this isn't really free as the game is infested with mobile app store like microtransactions. This is a consumer hostile model that we don't need to see on PC. It's deceptively priced to gouge gamers, and that's a reason in itself to avoid this. Despite having no up-front cost, this failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at just a dozen or so concurrent players, and now there's basically nobody playing it. Even though it's free. This is a dismal public reception, but it's easy to see why gamers rejected it. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Nope. This isn't worth downloading. While this didn't cost me any money up front, I still feel ripped off.
